I am just starting to cycle this week so I'm only pumping up once a day and leaving it for 45 minutes each time. Next week or the week after I will increase this to 2x a day. Hopefully the pain will be less then...
Another thing I am wondering is what is the difference in size flaccid vs erect for people implanted with AMS 700 LGX's mainly? My size doesn't increase that much when I am fully inflated.
Another thing to keep in mind here - you don't have to pump to absolute 100% each time you cycle. Unless you're a masochist, only pump up until it's uncomfortable and starts to hurt even if there is more that you can pump. If it starts to hurt at 95% inflation, go with that and build on it each time as you cycle each time. Eventually that 95% will be comfortable and you'll necessarily have to go to higher inflation pressure to still get pain/discomfort. Once you cannot pump anymore and still have no pain, you may have maxed out the therapeutic value of the implant but you can do like I said earlier and keep doing micro-pumps to try to get more pain.
