I am just starting to cycle this week so I'm only pumping up once a day and leaving it for 45 minutes each time. Next week or the week after I will increase this to 2x a day. Hopefully the pain will be less then...

Another thing I am wondering is what is the difference in size flaccid vs erect for people implanted with AMS 700 LGX's mainly? My size doesn't increase that much when I am fully inflated.

Another thing to keep in mind here - you don't have to pump to absolute 100% each time you cycle. Unless you're a masochist, only pump up until it's uncomfortable and starts to hurt even if there is more that you can pump. If it starts to hurt at 95% inflation, go with that and build on it each time as you cycle each time. Eventually that 95% will be comfortable and you'll necessarily have to go to higher inflation pressure to still get pain/discomfort. Once you cannot pump anymore and still have no pain, you may have maxed out the therapeutic value of the implant but you can do like I said earlier and keep doing micro-pumps to try to get more pain.

masochist

I don't want to go overboard with the cycling so I've just been doing 30-45 minutes once a day. I pump it up fully and leave it for like 5 minutes and then do a few more little pumps which are more difficult. Maybe tomorrow I'll do it twice. My concern is, by pumping it up twice a day am I just lessening the length of time that this will last me?

I realised today that, despite losing about an inch in length and some girth at least I have a dick that stays up for however long I want it to. I pumped it up to full (or till it was uncomfortable) and left it for half an hour. Seems quite amazing when I think about it to be able to just walk around texting on your phone while your dick just stays as hard as it was half an hour ago and you haven't even got a sexual thought in your head

Thanks to everyone for the advice.

Not if you ask dgmoore. He barely ever pumped his up for the entire time he's had it and it recently failed. He had a stroke right after he got his implant so no longer had the desire for sex (directly extrapolated from his subject line). He stated that he has only pumped it a few times since it was installed.

are you serious his implant failed? maybe it's the valve stuck because he doesn't inflate it! but i may be wrong of course, since i have not read the original post. If it is.... it sucks!

You asked this question...

I didn't see any answers to your question so I'll give you one. My flaccid penis now hangs about 2" more than it did before implementation. It changed me from a "grower" to a "shower" (which I absolutely love!). Just wish the COVID-19 restrictions on my fitness center would be lifted so that I can start "hanging out" with the big boys!! That's the good news. Unfortunately, at 5+ months post-op with a habit of one-hour daily cycling, 100% pumped adds only about !" more. And since I can now pump to maximum erection, I've probably gained all the length that's possible.

My flaccid penis is also bigger than it was before the surgery but doesn't really increase by much when I'm fully inflated.

Did you make any gains in the first few weeks/months after starting to cycle?

I was cleared by my surgeon to start cycling between the 2nd and 3rd week post-op. It wasn't until the 5-month mark that I was curious enough to do the comparison, so I can't tell you definitively when the gain occurred. My gut guess is that it mostly happened between the 3rd and 5th month.

Hi guys,

No real progress in terms of size yet but I am still cycling for at least 1 hour a day, sometimes it's more painful than others. Not really sure how much to keep pumping but I stop when it gets painful or uncomfortable. I always feel like I could still pump it up more though, it's just my luck that I would cause damage though.

What limits expansion? Do implants have different girth sizes? I feel like I've been undersized and I'm more worried about the girth at the moment than length (but having my length back would be nice also) and you can visually tell that the skin is not stretched enough.

The corpora is the primary limit to expansion. It is not stretchy. If it were, no man would be rigid when erect. But since it is living flesh, it can be stretched over time as cells die off and get replaced in the natural process of life. Think months or years. Of course, one's urethra and nerves must also lengthen over that same time frame.
