No, unfortunately I got what I went into surgery with, nothing more. I hang between 4 o'clock and 4:30 (30-45 degrees below horizontal) when inflated. I was also this way 25 years ago when I recording my only video of myself masturbating. There was only a brief half-second period when my hand came off my cock that I could verify the hang but it does hang in 1995, at about the same level it does now, between 30-45 degrees lower than horizontal.

You will only get what you've already got after surgery. If you hang low now, the implant won't fix it. If you hang very high, you probably still will to some degree unless something isn't right in the surgery or the doctor has to do a lot of modeling due to Peyronie's Disease or other issue that causes a lot of hard manipulation during the implant surgery. If your suspensory ligament (that suspends and attaches the penile body underneath the pubic bone) is in good shape and tight, and you have an adequately deep crus (the penis extends inward between your pubic bone and the lower pelvis on both sides), you should be fine. In my case I have both a very slack suspensory ligament and my crus literally stops right under my pubic bone. That's the luck of the draw and it's what I was given at birth so I can't complain (although I do).

Eid instructs patient to wear a jock strap with the penis pointing upwards until they start daily cycling. Once starting the daily cycle, he doesn't care if a jockstrap is used. I didn't ask why, but I assume this is to at least maintain an angle that is close to straight.

He only instructs to daily cycle for a month. Afterwards, cycle only as needed. (I assume to reduce wear and tear. For those who want to increase size, you may need to continue cycling though).

There is a lot that goes into to this. I had the same doctor as WhiteCane and my discharge instructions advised that it was not necessary to tape or point my penis up. For inflated angle a stiffer cylinder is usually the choice. My understanding is if the concern is inflated angle then a Titan or CX and little of no RTE's is the choice if applicable to the man.

Culturally American men are prudish. Nudity = eroticism here in the US, far more than in Europe. That may explain why there aren’t more video testimonials about penile implants.

My inflated implant points straight out at 3 o clock. The same as pre surgery viagra induced erection. I always had an upward curve in my erection and was surprised to still have a slight curve upwards after implant, I thought the implant would straighten my penis.
