That is a VERY difficult question to answer. I used to like fellatio as much more than coitus - that is before implant. This might be because fellatio lasted longer (because it does not depend on my erection) or because my girlfriend could provide some vacuum-induced erection. After implant, I prefer coitus. Perhaps my girlfriend (not the same one as before implant) is not as skilled with her mouth. Perhaps because my nerves/sensations have changed. Perhaps because coitus is now more care-free since I don't worry about losing my erection.

I do take a little longer to orgasm after implant than before. But even that is nebulous, since I don't have to be as vigorous in coitus as was necessary before implant just to maintain my fading erection.

Perhaps because I am a couple years older.

Bottom line is, "I don't know." I don't think I feel less than before. But even if I do, it is only a small amount and REALLY worth the trade if I do.

Sorry it is not more help. My view of my experience is still a work in progress.

Side note: I like scrotum and perineum fondling more now than I remember before. Perhaps it is just discovering the practice (with the new girlfriend) to be pleasurable.

All the changes I refer to are subtle. None carry much weight (if any at all) in the decision to get my implant.

Also, anyone who touches your scrotum is going to notice the pump. There's no way around that. It's obvious you have a big something in there beside your balls. Still worth it for me though.
