Kurt,
I also have same cold feeling especially after having inflated penis for 30 minutes. When saline goes back to reservoir, I feel cold sensation in my right lower abdomen where reservoir is placed.
I also lost 17 pounds but I had cold sensation before weight loss.

That would make sense, water has a high latent heat capacity. So it would take a while for the now cooler than your body temp saline to return to normal internal body temp upon return to the reservoir. Especially if the blood flow in your penis wasn't so good, which presumably it's not.

That's cool, literally and metaphorically. It must feel weird.

I have read of skinny guys feeling the tubing much more. At least we have an excuse to be fat bastards now. :)
