I've seen this in televised sports events like swimming matches dating back to the 70s. I don't think anyone would have anything to say about it - the most critical person here would be the person wearing the speedo who isn't used to having that much of a package. Most onlookers are already expecting to see this with some men and it's not surprising to most.

Yeah, something with a pattern on it at least gives you the option of not noticing the bulge. I have some other undies where it's a lot more visible. Anything with a lot of stretch to it (polyester and bamboo fabrics) and a solid color definitely make it very obvious what's underneath. haha.

Really, as long as there's enough compression, it'll at least keep things at the point where it just looks like you have a huge dick rather than an erection.

I have a Brazilian style sunga that has maybe a four inch side and that is loose in front. I suppose when I can bend it to the side I will be able to get back in the water. I am glad i read about this here because the Dr. only said something about dog ears when I bend it but nothing like what everyone says about the flaccid Titan. She was very certain I would need the Titan and I am always going to take the surgeon’s advice. Some of my AussieBum suits are the light blue ones that show through a bit and it sounds like with the Titan girth issue I will eventually have to toss them because the penis will totally show through. Now there is just that little hint of see through-ness. I have a lot of the AussieBum wonder jock swimsuits ad underwear.

No way I could wear the LASC Super Low Cut bikini swimsuits I have been wearing for a long time after this Titan is placed. The Aussiebums might work. How many weeks did it take for you to be at the point where you could bend the flaccid Titan to the side for, say a thirty minute time? (Enough for a swim.)

Our showers at the gym are group showers so I might wear the Speedo brief into the shower like some guys do and just strip off at the locker where it is more private. Since I have been at this gym for many years I have always been unconcerned about being nude.

I am wondering if there are guys who have the Titan where the flaccid state is always at the three o’clock angle, even after months or years? Or does it always soften so it hangs down some?

Thanks everyone and the pictures help me visualize what to prepare for!

I can't wait to get my implant. I am looking forward to being a show-er.
Started with Viagra at age 40. Worked good for about 12 years.
Tried Trimix injections, worked great for about 8 years
Now Trimix no longer works.
I got implant on Oct 26th 2022.

So, I had infrapubic surgery, which generally has a faster time to being able to activate/deflate the implant. Doc deflated me and gave me instructions on how to pump/deflate after a week. At that point, it was not fun to bend it anywhere. After 3 weeks, I was able to regularly bend it to the side for more than 30 minutes at a time. Only in the last week or so (5 weeks out), have I been able to really feel comfortable going out. Basically, I can bend to fit in my aussiebum undies, which means I can even wear jeans, which would have been torture a few weeks back. I did that for about 3 hours this weekend, and only started getting uncomfortable toward the end.

As for the showers, I've been thinking about that, and I think I'd just have to go ahead and shower. Yeah, it'd look like I have an erection...if anyone says anything, I'd just tell them I had surgery and now it just sticks out like that. Or even just "it's a medical condition" heh. For someone like me that has a deep crus and a 2 o'clock angle when pumped, I expect I'll never go much below a 4 even when things soften up...but who knows!

I would be interested in hearing replies with people’s experience regarding the Titan’S angle when flaccid. Was your Titan stiff when flaccid and how long did it take to become flexible enough to bend down? Tomorrow is my procedure. Thanks!

SW0110 wrote:My first implant was the titan and it took about till month 4 until it was comfortable enough to wear it down routinely. It then got to the point it would lay down on top of my sac. Nonpumped I was right at 5.5 inches so it will show. The cylinders are what they are and deflate but not get smaller. They do get softer over time though as you cycle and they age a bit.

As for week 2. I had little pain at all from day 1. Moving around was no issue. That thing sticking out was. You need to ask your doc if they are going to keep you inflated. I was 60 percent for three weeks until deflated. It was supposed to be 4 but had an issue at end of week 3 and had to visit doc early. He deflated me, made sure I could deflate and said go forth and use it.

Till deflated if I went out I wore tight boxer briefs and wore it straight up against my belly. For comfort I folded a wash rag up and placed it between my briefs and body. Loose shirt and loose pants.

Not sure about speedos. You might have to see how it looks. You are going to have a package though for sure. Depending on what you look like now if you do not show. You will. Definitely be a difference.

My procedure is tomorrow and I will go home 60% inflated for three weeks and then see if it can be deflated. I will wait till that three week visit to see if I am cleared to swim, and if so, if I can bend it to fit in a swim brief. Anxious to see the size—going to be a Titan like you. Thanks.

If a picture is worth more than a thousand words, then two pictures should be priceless.
Here is my "flaccid" 4 days after surgery, and another picture from 1-2 years ago showing my flaccid as it looks now.
Should also be noted that Eid basically leaves his patients (at least he did in 2015) deflated after surgery.
His view is (at least was, don't know if it has changed) that the best protocol is to leave the dick deflated to allow for the reservoir to be full.
If leaving the reservoir half full (and likewise the dick half full) for a few weeks, scar tissue will/can form around the half full reservoir, which can make complete deflation problematic in the future.
Then of course, his strategy is based on early activation, otherwise problem is just transferred to scar tissue forming around deflated cylinders in the dick. But most of his patients start inflating already the first week.

Anyway, the first pic of my swollen deflated dick 4 days after surgery does not look nice. Foreskin very swollen as well as it sits behind my glans. And going down the hotel lobby to get some food etc was a pain in the ass with that dick. Difficult to hide, to say the least.
And it is almost all due to swelling. Blood and other body fluids. And of course partly down to the inherent stiffness of the Titan cylinders. Which also will disappear over time.
The bath tub in the background brings back some memories... That is from Bentley Hotel at Manhattan. And the time spent in that bath tub was the best time of the day for those first couple of weeks...

As for the second pic, It should make it obvious that if you have a shitty flaccid with a Titan, it is not because a Titan will always give everyone a shitty flaccid. It is rather because your doc fucked up. Wrong implant for your dick, wrong size, too many RTEs, leaving you partly inflated for too long after surgery which meant your reservoir lost its full capacity, etc, etc. If things are done correctly, your flaccid will hang down even with a Titan.

When did my flaccid start to look like in the second pic? Don't remember. And it is not that you go from pic 1 to pic 2 overnight. It's a gradual process of course. But I had issues with my flaccid for the first few months for sure. Remember it was difficult to hide it in suit pants.
After a year it was ok, but not as good as in second pic.
After two years? Yeah, I'd say that it probably had reached second pic status by then.
Why such slow progress? What is it that is changing?
Well a few things.
Body fluids, swelling must disappear. This is probably a couple of months till it has completed.
You must learn to deflate probably. Also a learning curve.
And maybe the most long-lasting effect, the cylinders' material must loosen up. This is a slow process which happens over one or two years. Maybe even more. As the Bioflex material ages and absorbs fat, it softens. This is good not only for the flaccid hang, but in my opinion/experience, it is also good for making the implant feel more natural when inflated.

Wow. I can’t thank you enough for that message!

I just had my first mini-meal and another pain med. I have a 24 cm Titan with one RTE each side. Looks good but not sure what size is in the offing. 12.5cm distal and 11cm proximal. Do yo understand those numbers as they relate to a Titan? Can you speculate on size etc! The doctor said the girth would be really goood and this was a perfect case. I thank you as much as I can!

Merrix, that is an awesome look by the way. I feel funny writing it but my hope I can get to that kind of appearance!
