going from 26 cm to 32 cm in a year.

He stated that the doctor somehow (maybe grossly?) oversized his cylinder to give a significant size increase. Whether he was previously grossly undersized or not isn't certain but he said he got substantial gains due to the excess sizing of the cylinders if I recall his first post correctly. Maybe he will chime in and correct me if I'm wrong.

As I read his original post, Dr C originally declined to do the procedure, but eventually did.

In a later paragraph in the same post, he appears to walk that back, though. So, I am unsure if he had the sliding technique done or not. If he is able to unruffle his feathers perhaps he will return and chance a more complete narrative of what happened. (Would that the more reactionary members give him a full hearing.)

I do wonder that Dr. C declines to be specific as to what he DID do. I like to know EVERYTHING and would insist on knowing. But that's my personality quirk.

I opine that his experiences would be valuable to the membership here, as having two implant surgeries within a year is uncommon. That would be a tough voyage.

The doc lists it specifically as a means to help with penile atrophy and shrinking from peyronies disease. The one study I saw with 5 patients showed an average of 2.6 cm gain. With the range of 2 to 3 cm.

In my case I did not have the sliding technique. Just an implant. I went from just under 7 inches pre ed and peyronies to 5 after an almost 3 year battle with peyronies and ed. I lost 2 inches over that time. Traction and ved got me to a stretch test before surgery of 6. Got that pretty quick after swelling went down and started inflating. At month 10 just pumped up hard I was just over 6.5. If I am horny and into sex my glans engorges and I get back to my just over 6.75 or just under 7. Same for me with the titan or the lgx. But for me that is pretty close to my normal 18 year old erection. No more. No less.

I feel for the guy that he had to have 3 revisions in only 2 years. I know at my revision in march I got an additional 1 cm. If I have another revision I hope for 1 more but that will definitely get me to my original size. I still hate having my revision on the 1 year anniversary of my first implant. But those were the breaks. But him having had 3 in a year or so would have made me crazy.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.

The OP PM'd me directly advising me that he specifically stated that he DID NOT get that surgery because the doctor said with 6" he was not a candidate and the risk was too high for serious (nay, grave) complications.

Thanks, Waynetho. I did find the original post a tad ambivalent on the point. I am glad to have my confusion dispelled.

Hey , if you do not want to believe, fine, but I am not going to go around showing off my junk to a bunch of people. Probably perverts. And besides, A picture is not going to show how big the implant is in total. And that is what at issue here. Besides, I was trying to be helpful. I am not trying to sell you guys on anything. So why should I care what you think.

You have a couple of issues. None of them are implant related. I call bs on this, yet again.

Unfortunately, tact and civility are not requirements to be part of this board. Whether you believe the OP or not, is calling the man a liar when you have no facts really adding productively to this discussion? "I call BS on this." How is that adding to the discussion?

I know that length can be added to a penis and it does not require the sliding technique. There are many men using traction to add length. Using a combination of traction and VED, I went from just over 4 inches erect to 5 inches in a year's time. It seems the larger you are at the start, the more gain you can see.

OP says he gained significantly more than that but by using implant surgery rather than through traction. There have been many men on this board who have added length when having a revision implant, but generally it's only about 1 cm.

I am much happier with my 5 inches than I was with 4 and would love to add a bit more. I for one would love to know how OP's surgeon accomplished this feat.

Wooden, you can ask for and receive you surgeon's surgical notes. That should give you a good idea of what he actually did. There are many men here, myself included, who would really like to know.

I think wooden5715's last comment to me on Tuesday will explain further. Apologies to wooden5715 if posting his private comment to me publicly wasn't acceptable:

OK, I was just concerned others may have thought you were referring to my case. And I would agree it would not be worth that small of an increase. However, as I mentioned to Dr Clavell, that statistic is SOoooo small 1.22" because tho technique was only performed on the smallest of penises. Ratio wise, if done on a larger penis, which is never done, the increase would be proportionally more, a lot more. Nevertheless, it has become academic, since I was able to get an even better increase my way. One by doing my own pre-op protocol, and most important having a doctor willing to help someone to be properly sized.
I am 65 yo and had 4 or 5 revisions over the years, all from different doctors, and Dr. Clavell is the only surgeon that properly sized me. The rest undersized it. Most Doctor's inherently have penis envy I think, not wanting anyone to have a bigger penis than themselves. Plus they are worried about being criticized or judged, by other doctors. Just my opinion, no proof.

Mike123 he’s spreading miss information that could potentially hurt members here. Im about done with the board my self if you guys are going to feed obvious trolls and then call me rude for dismantling ops post (the guy contradicts him self through out the entire original post). You guys are to thirsty for some miracle cure to increase your length/girth, no where does OP talk about length he has lost or use of VED. OP is saying that he is bigger now then he has been in his entire life, not that he has reclaimed lost size. But here we are with you guys apologizing to a troll.
