going from 26 cm to 32 cm in a year.

The final frontier. Deciding when, if and how.

Interesting. I had never heard of this procedure before and can't comment on it as I know nothing about it. However, I was googling yesterday on an unrelated topic and encountered a process called the slide (a graft technique) that is used for treating Peyronie's disease. My guess is this is what he is referring to.

Yes and if you look at what they do to "SLIDE" your member out, it is RISKY to say the least. The penis is degloved, the NV bundle is isolated through dissection, the left and right corpora are separated down the middle and the left and right sides are literally cut in half at a staggered position so the transections aren't in the same distal position. The end of the penis is slid away from the body and then the divided corpora are fastened together again in a more extended position.

The method I saw said nothing about doing grafts but rather that the implant was inserted through the wide-open gaps in the corpora and only the Buck's Fascia is used to close the corpora.

IMHO, this procedure has a potential to easily become a penectomy or at least a serious mutilation and the patient's penis could possibly never be the same again.

----
Edit: Correction on my description above. The entire penis is transected in a stairstep fashion after the neurovascular bundle and urethra are released and lifted. The doctor cuts halfway through the entire penis closer to the base, cuts lengthwise down the side for some distance (3.1 cm avg gain the video said) and then finishes the transection of the penis downward closer to the glans. Any way you shape it though, that means the penis is cut in half! And it appeared from the video that they place several STAPLES in the sides after they slide the end out to hold the tunica together there. I say "NO THANK YOU" on all counts. And this procedure gives an average 3.1 cm length gain or 1.22" - seriously? Why would anyone risk the loss of their manhood or other complications to gain just short of an inch and a quarter in length?

I’m going to give the guy the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise… someone’s got to have the biggest implant, right? I think this should be a safe space for guys…

Records are generally broken by very slim margins. This guy is claiming improvement in the vicinity of 23%. Not a chance in my opinion.
If a doctor could add 23% to men in a reliable manner. He'd be getting awards & boatloads of money consistantly.

I added an edit to my previous post - I remembered the video incorrectly but still the bottom line is that the penis is virtually cut in half, except for the neurovascular bundle and the urethra. It's cut in a stairstep fashion, closer to the body on the dorsal side, closer to the tip on the ventral side and the remaining transection is completed down the sides, literally cutting the dick in half. Nope, uh uh, no way, not for me. And all of that for a meager 3.1 cm or 1.22" average length gain?

Yeah and this guy was claiming double that. I call bullshit on it.

So even though he fixed the problem with the first surgery (revision of broken implant) he’s decided to do a 2nd surgery not even one year later. He never tells you what the 2nd surgery is for going into it and after it’s complete he still dosnt tell you what it is for. I wonder what the 2nd one costed when he won’t even tell you what he’s doing. Do yourself a favor and google the phrase: penile implant urethra erosion.

You are making a lot of assumptions. I could tell you why the second surgery had to be done but the Dr asked me not to mention it because Coloplast would not appreciate me telling the world about it !!!
And you are assuming erosion. Funny, I have zero pain, how is that possible if there is erosion ??? Maybe talking to you guys was a mistake, you seem to be a bunch of negative asses.

Might have something to do with my being well over 6 feet tall. I think a lot of my penis is inside me. not sticking out. Really You are seven with 22cm ? Shit ! Are you a short guy ? You must only have a few cm of your penis inside you.

I don't even go on the erosion route. This post smells like complete bullshit to me. I say pictures with a ruler and paper on the side of it, or it didn't even happened.

Hey , if you do not want to believe, fine, but I am not going to go around showing off my junk to a bunch of people. Probably perverts. And besides, A picture is not going to show how big the implant is in total. And that is what at issue here. Besides, I was trying to be helpful. I am not trying to sell you guys on anything. So why should I care what you think.
