Soft Glans

I've noticed that a common issue is having a soft glans during penetration. This has been discussed many times before but we have new guys getting fixed daily. An IPP doesn't cure your ED it only makes your shaft really hard. So if your glans was soft before it will still be soft after. Most ED sufferers are no strangers to lubrication. When you have ED every second counts so a good lube job is important. Works just as well with an IPP. Soft, fat or flat if your glans is well lubricated it will pop in rather fast. End of problem. Is there anyone with an IPP that does not lube up before?

You can also use a ring for glans engorgement after implantation if your ED was due to venous leak.

We use it anyway for foreplay, every single time… luckily, my head still gets hard enough… seriously though, you put yourself ahead of 50% of men by using lubrication in the first place…

We don't and we are both over 70.

However, I must hasten to add that 1) she uses a hormone replacement therapy that helps her with elasticity and lubrication and 2) while penetration without foreplay finds her lubricated and engorged enough for coitus, if we do foreplay enough to let her have an orgasm or two, she becomes MUCH easier to penetrate than without those preparatory orgasms.
