If it's the high volume Dallas surgeon I think he's talking about, he'd be out of UT Southwestern, Dallas and his initials are A.M. That surgeon teaches others in performing the implants and sometimes his students do the operations under his supervision. If this is the one he's talking about, you could still tell him you don't authorize any other surgeon to do the work BESIDES HIM directly. Insist on his hands-on involvement with no one else doing the implant work.
