Pump got stuck in the upper left

Hi,
Though initially it was t the bottom, somehow it has now travel upward and gentle pushing below isn’t helping it to migrate back.I য supposed to deflate tomorrow first time after surgery. Feeling paranoid.

My surgeon had me pull on the pump after each time I urinated. That helped keep it fairly low in the scrotum. Currently when you feel for it, are you able to feel the entirety of the pump device? Like, can you feel the deflate button, the entire pump, etc?
39yo, ED since sexually active, moderate to severe. Bisexual. Pills helped a little, trimix and muse failed. Implanted 8/25/20 by Dr. Karpman, 22cm+1RTE Titan Touch.

Unfortunately I cant feel the entirety of the pump, just the left side. The other side seems near the incision area, so I am not being too aggressive about it.
