I think the key to girth is pumping with a VED. I wasn't comfortable to do it til the sutures had closed, and you don't want to do that or you'll pull blood and serum through the incisions and risk infections, but once it's closed, I would use the VED whenever you pump it up. It does help with girth somewhat, but it's not going to be quite what it was before.
50 yrs old. E.D. issues started around age 35, combo venous leak/testicular failure. Bilateral testicular implants for severely atrophic testes. Implanted 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer LGX 21cm + 1.
