I had prostate cancer so I tell everyone even my teenage grandsons. Mostly I stress not to get surgery for PC. Surgeon removed all my nerves. Have nothing left and no man should ever endure this. Told my grandsons because PC is hereditary. Sex is a natural part of life and should be discussed. My dad had PC and an implant also and if we had talked more, I am sure I wouldn't have had PC surgery. With nerves removed, you don't get good blood flow in your penis even to keep it warm. What I have is a popsicle on a stick. Not very full and not near as much feeling. I see TV adds now for treatment of Peyronie's disease. Everything needs to be discussed openly. I also had a artificial urinary sphincter installed (AUS 800) because of the Nerve Sparing ( BULLSHIT) surgery. Very open about it also.

You betcha, I’ve showed it to pretty much anyone with a little curiosity, when I had my second one my mom and sister in law were there after the surgery because I was divorced, actually my mom was Sitting next to me when I went for my final visit, the one where you have to show that you can get hard, my in-laws all saw it, including mother in law and a couple of her aunts, brothers wife’s parents, my aunt an my moms side, my dads second wife, his current girlfriend, the list is long and I don’t have a problem showing it for pretty much any reason

No way. When I had my implant surgery I told everyone it was to remove a growth on a testicle. Only my wife knows what is down there. However I did tell the kids that doc reversed my vasectomy and mom could get pregnant again. My SIL almost fell over when I said that. He's married to our youngest daughter who is 30 years old and has two of their own. LOL
Of course the kids knew mom had her baby parts taken out years ago, but he didn't.

I told my son because he is an MD and can get into any medical records anywhere. I was going into hospital where he works and was concerned he would pull up some of my records. I did not want him not to trust me. I told just because of that fact. I told him I would rather him hear it from me than someone else. He said, “thank you Dad for telling me.”I told him the night before I went in for my implant and ask that he kept it between us. I am actually proud of my bionic cock. I just don’t want anyone to make my wife uncomfortable.

I spilled the beans to my Son In Law partly because he's going to be my transportation and partly because he was so curious about me meting out vague information. Funny thing is he thinks his Dad had the same procedure because he was being very secretive about some medical issue in much the same way as I. If SIL tells my daughter I'm guessing that in the back of her mind she'll think, "Way to go Dad"

Yup. All of my siblings, my parents, my girlfriend, and friends know about it… I was basically very open about it and said that my medical past kind of wrecked that part of my body and I was going to do everything in my power to have a normal life… I let everyone know the day of the surgery that I was going in and got the same response from pretty much everyone… everyone said it was brave and it sounds awesome… We told our best friend first “my girlfriend and I“ that I was going to go through with it and asked how much it would weird her out… We set up a three-way…... so, not at all… people break, that’s the truth of it… there’s no wrong answer for what you decide to do and how you handle it… That was just my choice…
Implanted October 2019 Dr. Kramer lgx 18 cm +2 rear tips. Preop at 6.75 post op 5.25... awaiting revision… Implanted for possibility of having our first child.

I love some of these posts. My wife gets final say on info. We, mainly I, have been real open about my health. We had our son when we were very young. I want him to know what my health is so he can watch for those same things. My wife sees this upcoming implant in a different light. Our daughter is convinced that we are working on some kind of freaky record breaking run. Wife isn't about to let our daughter think other wise. Actually is kind of funny to sit back & watch.
My wife was on a short vacation alone last month. I ran into a friend of hers that asked when she was coming home. During the discussion she surprised me by saying that I was going to be in for a lot of catching up when the wife gets home. So the rumor is spreading.
I only stir up the daughter a little about it. I think my wife sees some kind of honor or reputation to uphold by keeping the surgery on the quiet side.
Oh, my kids don't know about my partial circumcision 7 years ago. She adopted a boy that isn't cut & now wants to be. She did know of a guy that she works with that regrets his circumcision. I went over her options for the grandson. Told her that I had some phimosis removed but I didn't use the C word to her. She's fairly smart. I'm betting that she'll figure it out.
