When inflating what I really experience is it getting harder as I pump but not really growing. How about you guys

What type of implant do you have? Yes, I’ve said in another post that when I’m soft, I hang longer then when I inflate “I don’t know if it’s my fat pad or my dysfunctional implant device… when I’m just hanging soft, it’s probably a quarter of an inch longer than a Coke can… If I lay that same cock and on top of it when inflated, it’s about a quarter inch shorter… Sort of frustrating but, still gets hard… I have an LG ex… From what I understand, sometimes, people with Titans experienced this issue but, I don’t know…

You have to pump it up so hard you can't pump anymore. If it is uncomfortable, it's stretching. Leave it that way for 30 minutes twice a day and put a VED on over the erect penis.

If you are fully healed about 6 months after surgery you can inflate to the max and then after five or 10 minutes try to add more full or partial pumps of the bulb. My AMS DVD has a brief comment on using a VED. Said a doctor may advise use for some men. I tried the VED once and had extreme pain afterwards. But I have problems with my implant so you may be able to use a VED. I am just over 6 inches fully inflated and 4 inches deflated.

Irishguy, Newbie has an LGX which can expand about 15-25% in length as well as in girth.

My cylinders retract when flacid. And as I move more fluid is squeezed out back into the reservior. Did not happen for a long time and I had a bit of fluid go back in the cylinders in my shaft after deflating. Might have been fluid from the cylinders in my body. Now it just continues back into the reservior. The longer I go with out inflating the smaller my flacid. And the tips work out of the glans and into my shaft. And sometimes when I inflate I am longer and narrower and others I am a bit shorter and have more girth. Haven't figured that out yet. But the narrow longer is more rare. I have been noticing my glans getting smaller. They still egorge a bit when arroused but no where close to what they were the 1st year after implant. But when fully deflated after a few days of not inflating my flacid is 4" and then when I have a long streching inflating adding pumps I am just a bit over 6"
