Was just posting in another thread about this, but I don't think there's a good way to say "this size implant gives this size dick". I was 6" before the surgery, and was implanted with a 23cm Titan. Another user was 8" before the surgery and was implanted with a 24cm titan. When my surgeon did the implant, I don't think he went into the operation saying "I'm going to put 23cm in," I think he went in, determined what size would best maintain my length, and installed that size.

I think it's helpful not to get emotionally caught up or focused on the numbers. They are just numbers. I think even the brand makes a smaller difference than a lot of folks make it out to be. So if you are enjoying what you have, stick with it, or if you want to try something new for a while, do that. Your doc should know how to size you correctly for whatever brand you end up getting.

Ag, only thing it means is that you can no longer hit a guy's sigmoid colon! You can still be happy without they guy seeing it from the backs of his eyes!

WTF is a sigmoid colon? I am just guessing here, but is that the 2nd sphincter muscle...nah, my dick was never THAT long. It was just long and fat enough bring unexpected pleasure. But now I have even 2" less...WTF???

The blue highlighted area in the photo below is the sigmoid colon.

Update ... dr. doesn’t want to do another lg. We decided on the Titan based on my anatomy… he’s confident that the infection rate is nothing to worry about in his hands… he said the possibility to get some length back is there with any of the inflatable implants and isn’t noticeably different between any of them… he does think that scarring might be an issue with the skinnier LGx though… so, yeah… Scheduled for The middle of this month… bloodwork, UA, And MRI tomorrow! really excited!

Wow! I'm sorry you have to go through that. Are you getting the ileum pouch to allow for normal evacuation or just going to be using an ostomy bag?
