The Coloplast Titan is made of a material they call Bioflex and it is fairly stiff all by itself. After several months (especially if you cycle it often) it will soften up some. Think of a child's balloon. The first time you inflate it, getting it started is difficult. Then deflate it. The second time you inflate it, getting that first breath into it is easier.

It takes a lot longer time for that effect to be seen in the Coloplast Titan (months), but it does happen. The deflated Titan after a year will be more flaccid than it is now, though never as flexible/floppy/flaccid as your natural penis was in the beginning. Be happy with the trade-off.
