Help please

Postby Mylifeback » Tue Aug 25, 2020 7:50 pm

Hello all!
I had my implant on June 19th. 2020. After 65 days of daily pumping (cycling) I’ve noticed my length and girth are the same while flacid or pumped 4.5” girth X 4.5” long.
I wast implanted with the AMS CX 700. When I cycle the thing the pump gets hard and I feel pain in my shaft. Do I have a chance to get more growth? How much more can I pump without damaging the pump or implant?
I’m really frustrated after having sex only one time and feeling I can barely go in (to short).
To make it worse my surgeon did not get to the gland and I have a floppy, empty, soft head that does not engorge and I really don’t know what to do.
Doctor is telling me I have a 18 CM implant with 1 CM EXTENDER TIP. Seems like most of the implant is inside and I measure 11 CM OUTSIDE.
Please if possible can anybody advise how to get more length and girth out of this?
Right now I honestly don’t even feel adamant to use it. So disappointed!
From Miami, FL. Implanted 06/19/2020.- AMS-CX 18 CM + 1RTE (19 total) 10 TO 11 CM outside
45 years old. Previously over 6” of length X 5 1/2” of girth. Currently 4 1/2” X 4 1/2”. Floppy head, no erections in 2 years due to cancer in prostate.

First, you're pretty early in the stretching routine. Second, I really doubt that you can generate enough force with your hand to harm the implant. Third, you need to fill out your profile info.

Welcome to the forum, Mylifeback. So sorry you are disappointed. Keep looking on the bright side. There are positions for sex that WILL let you go in deeper. The two of you can learn to adjust. Remember, life is an adventure, and with an implant, you have removed one of the biggest barriers to being adventurous. Before implant, I could never maintain an erection long enough to, during coitus, stop thrusting and switch to another position. Now that my erection does not collapse so easily, we can try position after position all day long if we want.

What does your surgeon say about your glans (sometimes called "floppy head" or "SST Syndrome")?

Does the pain in your shaft feel like length-expanding pain or diameter/girth-expanding pain?

How does your 4.5" length and girth compare to your size immediately pre-implant (the most recent time you had an erection) and earlier in life?

Mylife,
You will get longer.Just cycle patiently and stay optimistic.
I am also implanted with 18+1.
I started with barely 3 inches after implant.
Now, I am 4.5 inches soft and 5.5 when erect.
Give it some time and cycle diligently.
Future is yours.

I know it is hard to have patience but like others said just keep cycling. I thought my titan cylinders were short at first but after cycling twice a day for about an hour each I kept getting longer. It took about 8 months to get close to my pre ed length.

I did make sure to work the head of my penis all the way down against the tips from day one just in case they were to short and I wanted to make sure no scar tissue formed in my head which might keep them from moving up in the future. Also over time pretty much all the cylinders get softer and a little more stretchy.

Make sure when you pump, the cylinders round out all the way to the tips. For the first couple months I could still feel some ridges on the side no matter how hard I pressed. No matter where the tips are those cylinders should be hard and straight. I started out with my titan at about 5.5 flaccid and hard. Ithought oh well that was it. It took a while for me to stretch back out after ed and peyronies. Over 10 months of cycling I got over an inch in length back. I will say I have a short crus though. Still I got that inch over time. If you read a lot of reviews it is pretty common that over time the titan or cx difference between non pumped and pumped is about an inch or a little bit more as the cylinders get softer.

If you were shorted it can be fixed. Not something to look forward to but the positive side is the doc knows he shorted you and knows where to start and what to add to it. On my revision I went from 19 to 20 total cylinder length. So not working after the hernia surgery had a positive in one part at least. I took a lot of pictures before my surgery where my tips were in my glans. It came in handy to show doc for the revision. He figured he could add a cm and did. For some reason I just had some feeling something was going to happen to it.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.

First what do you surgery notes say?
I had the same problem. 11 cm outside came home 20% inflated but only 4 inches. I had 10 cm inside. The AMS video that my doctor gave me suggested vacuum therapy because of scarring so at 2 weeks I started stretching. It was a long slow process but after 9 months I had stretched out to 7 inches. I stopped vacuum therapy and lost 1/2 inch. Now I range from 6.25 to 6.5. I have 2cm rtes more so about 3/4 of an inch. I can tell you right now that your Doc will not approve using VED.
Good luck

Ignore people who tell you not to consider using the VED and your doctor will not let you use the VED. Many great doctors not only approve it's use, many encourage it's use... like mine for example. I have posted my before and after picture several times, if, after looking at that, you are not completely sold, then fine but I am quite happy with 1.75" gain in both length and girth. :)

I had my AMS 700 implant January 9, 2020. It’s been seven months and I started pumping just a few months ago. My surgeon wanted me to heal completely for six weeks before I did anything else. I tried to honor his advise to avoid any complications with my implant. I think I am beginning to see a little bit of growth. For you it seems a bit early to be trying to stretch your implant. I think you will see change eventually but you have to be patient and give it time. Best of luck to you.

I too have the AMS CX model and when I first started cycling my shaft hurt and ached getting just a few pumps in. I can’t remember where in the glans my tips where but it seemed short to me. Now they seem firmly about half way in

I used the the doctor’s advice of cycling at least once a day. So I used the routine found on the AMS DVD they gave me as well. I remember my doctor saying that if I cycled aggressively in 18 months to 2 years I’ll love the look and feel of my cock.

At almost a year (wow time does fly) post surgery I’m just shy of where I remember being in length and seems my girth is larger. On that all I can really say is my wife thinks I’m bigger than before the surgery and she enjoys it as much as I do.

It takes time your body is still healing, cycling and getting used to the new you. I’d discuss things with the doctor if you feel that something is wrong. You could go for a second opinion with another surgeon.
