Scrotoplasty(?) if you REALLY are bothered by the appearance. I don't know if stretching the scrotum skin would yield the results you want and you would probably have to do that forever to maintain the stretch.

If its just a matter of aesthetics, let it go. If it bothers you, you may have to look into alternatives.

With RP, radiation and three implants in the past 10 years, I have a small dick and a small nut sack. I've had numerous other issues but....

Hi FMLFML 85,
I am going through the exact same thing, I was on HRT Probably 10 years ago, I stooped using it because of the testicle atrophy, however my balls never came back. I have recently seen a urologist and an endocrinologist, the endo put me on testogel because of the low T, but they both didn't seem interested in prescibing HCG. I am also have anorgasmia, I wanted to try Dostinex, but they didn't want to prescribe that either. I don't know what to do next, it cost me a fair bit of out of pocket money each time I see these blokes, do I try to find someone else, I don't Know. Back to tight nut sack, whats left of my balls are up tight all the time and the right one keeps going up inside all the time, I have to keep pushing it back down, it does not feel good. If you come up with an answer I would really like to know.
