Here are the highlights so far:

Day 1:
After surgery I didn't feel much pain. The catheter bothered me alot though. It felt as if had to pee all the time but couldn't. Troubled my sleep through the first night. I also avoided drinking and eating because I was bothered by the urge to pee and that made me a bit weak and dehydrated.

Day 2:
Catheter removal happened at 0500. It was an immediate relief. Peeing hurt quite a bit the first 3 or 4 times afterwards. By the end of the day peeing didn't hurt much at all. I still felt weak and after a couple minutes standing up, my blood pressure would drop and I had to lay down. For this reason, I stayed in for another night at the hospital, which I was fine with, no big deal.

Day 3:
Time to get out of the hospital. Pain still very much under control. I still have the blood drain attached. My girlfriend and I start getting a little to curious with the lack of pain in the shaft and absolutely normal sensitivity after we get to the hotel. As a matter of fact, I got really horny and end up masturbating lightly with a 30% inflation (soft penis). She also got really horny and started sucking my head. It felt different in a very good way, I noticed an increase in girth and head size, latent erection was not destroyed and we were both pleasantly surprised by it. I came delightfully, the volume and pressure of my ejaculation was dramatically improved, and I hyphothesize that the cathether may have opened the urethra in a beneficial way with respect to the flow of cum. We did a second round of mouthsturbation and I came again. I admit this wasn't really smart and it did hurt a bit afterwards. I felt an increased pain apparently in my right corporotomy, but this is speculatory.

Day 4:
Went to the doctor's office for drain removal and afterwards we ubered 1 hour back to our apartment. I get home and immediately jump into the shower. It was the first full shower since day 1 and it felt amazing. Changed the bandaids and dressing. Pain has been ok so far. The tight underwear and jockstrap sometimes are too tight and I have to let the sac and shaft out for some air for a while. I came again on day 4, voluminous facial through light masturbation on her mouth. Sensitivity has been different, it seems it has perceptually increased somehow. Did the catheter really had an effect on my ejaculation? If not, then something else did. After this ejaculation pain didn't increase much. I had to control myself not to force a second round though.

I'm still not able to properly locate the deflate button but am attempting to pump once or twice mainly out of curiosity, pain permitting that is (and accept a greater erection state until I find the button) but either the pump bulb is really really hard or I'm missing a step to initiate inflation. Is it required to push the deflate button or do anything else other than squeeze the bulb to commence inflation? I'm referring to the Titan Touch, specifically.

Day 5 adventure:

I was able to inflate it to about 50% and then I stopped and went looking for the deflate button. It took me almost 3 hours, pain medication and a heatbag to soften the scrotum a little. At the 2 hour mark I started panicking a bit thinking I'd have to endure a night of pain before meeting with the doctor tomorrow so that he could find and deflate the implant. I sent him a message explaining the situation but I was able to find the deflate button before he replied. He was nice and polite but asked that I didn't try this maneuver again as too much manipulation of the scrotum now that I'm without the drain could potentially cause more hematomas. He oriented me that the only maneuver I should perform at this point is favorably positioning the pump.

I did the same thing! Tried for 2 days to find it. It was a very embarrassing phone call to his office . He had me come in and in 5 seconds deflated it for me. He sent me a salesmen model of the pump and that's all it took for me to know what to feel for to find the release valve . I have not had a problem since in the 2+ yrs. I have had my implant, love it!

Day 6:
Today feels like a step backwards, painwise atleast. I think it's a combination of having manipulated the scrotum for hours yesterday, not wearing my compression underwear and perhaps moving a bit more frequently then the other days as I was alone and had to do some laundry, cooking and dishes. Pain increases as soon as I stand up and I have to grasp and hold my whole sack with my hand as the hanging from being up hurts quite a bit. Resting horizontally most of the day has been challenging as well, lower back hurts. Sleeping has been tough too due to not being able to change positions.

Learned my lesson here. I'll follow my doctor's recommendations. I feel like I'm paying the price for being a bit stubborn

As far as 22+3 instead of 24+1 it's simply because the XL versions aren't available in my country yet.

I had a 19-20cm stretched flaccid right before the implant.

Ah, no worries I'm in the US and consulting with Dr. Eid - was just curious.
Makes sense now why you got a 22+3.

Got it about 19-20cm I'm 18-19cm so was wondering if i qualify for a 24cm implant. Of course everyone is different.
