During sex or masturbation I cum very easily and cannot control it so I don’t last very long during sex. Before I do cum I get a stingy feeling that shoots down my urethra and into the head of my penis. If I keep stimulating my self the sensation increases and I cum very shortly after.

I can still get engorgement of my shaft as well as my head but this does not happen if I don’t take things very slow and back off when the stinging need to piss feeling happens. The stingy piss feeling is not enjoyable and distracts from the good sensations I feel on the lateral sides of my shaft and head. I would be able to enjoy sex if I did not suffer from the piss feeling as well as my inability to last during sex/masturbation. At the moment if have virtually no sex drive and I wonder if this is the culprit behind it all.

I would gladly swap what you have for my Delayed Ejaculation. Not that what you have is pleasant to you but I would love to be able to pop my load much easier than I do now. Maybe the sensation you experience is due to some irritation or nerves regaining their function and being too sensitive right now. My guess (only that) is that unless you have a UTI (did you get tested) then this sensation will get better as time goes on and I hope your ability to cum continues to be more of an ON-DEMAND situation than mine where I basically have to beat myself until I'm sore before I get off. Any PE you're experiencing will probably resolve as well once the sensations calm down since it sounds like it is that "GOTTA PEE" sensation that is getting you over the top. I get a similar sensation with prostate massage and it puts me over the top as well.

If you are feeling stinging, you should get Ua done to make sure you don’t have an infection… even if it has been a while, you may need an antibiotic to clear it up… as far as the PE is concerned, Have you tried edging or any of the lotions or wipes that help out with this? if you are on an SSRI, your chance of not having a sex drive are pretty high but, by all means, do not stop taking it! maybe talk to your doctor about putting you on another antidepressant… again, I’m not a doctor yet so, talk to yours about all of this! The endocrinologist is going to be especially helpful to you… That’s the field I’m going into, actually… i’ve never been through this myself but, I hope this information can at least help a little bit… Please, be well!

How new is your implant? I had kind of a stinging burning sensation for a while after I had my implant. Like my pee tube was clamped some. Always had to sit to pee for the longest time so I didn't spray the walls, seat, everywhere!

Thanks for the responses guys and sorry to hear about your difficulties. I’m hoping that my problem is from low T and depression, I have a appointment with a endocrinologist in two weeks. Maybe I have been training myself to cum when not aroused and that’s why I cum to quickly and have the need to pee sensation.

It would seem that a Urostomy would be beneficial to you as it would make it no longer possible for you to pee through your penis and instead into a bag attach to your stomach. But idk if a doctor would preform such a surgery for your situation.

I had an (AUS) artificial urinary spinster valve installed 4 weeks ago to stop the unwanted pee and dribbles. 2 more weeks before it gets turned on for use.
