"Bilaterally atrophic, approximately 10g each"

"Bilaterally atrophic, approximately 10g each"

This is stated on my appointment notes, but my Dr never said anything. What does this mean? I have no had implant yet.

Sounds like reference to testicular size.

Testicles of 10g each. Bilaterally Atrophic means both sides are atrophied (shrivelled or below normal size).

"The average weight of human testis is 15–19 g"

This is scary, was it Dr. Goldstein that noted this or some other PFS expert?

I got a scrotum ultra sound not that long ago and they noted the size of my testes. Seems like i was slightly below average, probably due to the Finasteride.

Perhaps not revelent to OP's question. During my exam, I heard my doctor tell his nurse "25". I figured that it had to do with my testicles.
I've read that taking testosterone has a potential of testicle shrinkage. I have not noticed any shrinkage. My wife has even commented that she thinks that they might of grown a little. No idea what is supposed to happen during trt.

I had read that was a possible side effect. Didn't really look forward to that happening. Part of my intent of mentioning my condition was to get it in writing that it wasn't guaranteed that it would happen.

It was Dr Pollifrone, he doesn't know anything about PFS.

I had been on TRT for a long time so my balls shrank. I took HCG and was able to have 2 kids. But Im not worried about my balls being a bit smaller at this point.

My problem with TRT is I think it messed up my hormonal balance (other horomones spike to compensate) and this effects my libedo and stamina. Also the smaller nuts sit higher and my ball sack is very tight as well, probably to keep my nuts closer to my body to regulate their temperature. This makes manipulating the pump harder and the pump is more noticeable. Wish my nuts hanged low like they used too.

Have you tried HCG?
