I can maybe do one wall to wall pump, the rest are little pumps to get me there, and still I max out at about 8 or 9 pumps now. I just don't have the thumb strength to squeeze it hard enough. I am curious if I would get bigger if I could squeeze harder. They should make some device to help pump for you for those that have weaker thumbs. I almost thought about using a clothesline pin or something to try to squeeze it harder, but figure that would just crush the scrotal skin.

I know this is a ridiculous thought but when I'm squeezing the shit out of my bulb, getting the little micro-pumps that make the hard cock even harder and more painful each time, I have this nightmare thought run through my brain that I'll squeeze the pump hard one day and the end of my dick will shoot across the room.

I just have visions of my dick exploding out the sides. Funny what the imagination does.

I just got my implant August 12,'20 so I'm still sore from the implant, But,

I received the practice pump and my doctor told me how to use it.

I think you are using your hand muscles to pump the bulb instead of your finger muscles.

I know, what difference does it make.

He told me to form a "C" over the pump with my fingers to pump.

Of course, I am still raw from surgery so I can only use the practice pump and have tried both ways of pumping it.

The C Clamp method is a lot easier
