I'm on the fence here. Dr. Eid, Titan only, Dr. Kramer, AMS. I'd rather have Dr. Eid due to techniques (touchless, spinal epidural, experience) but, all the dog ears, stiffy 24/7 cock reports have me leaning towards Kramer and AMS.

Please share (point me) some flaccid headon and side pix of your titan implant. I'm about 5.5" erect with TriMix shot. expect the same with an implant. don't think I'll challenge the AMS implant.

I'm 66, retired, don't have an issue with public or private exposure. I just want an implant I can live with... Not a monster for the Blue Lagoon to wrangle to submission everyday.

I suggest you confirm with Dr. Eid directly whether or not he is exclusively using one or the other manufacturer's devices.

You can look at my thread for a pic one day after surgery. I have a Titan Zero degree 20cm + 1cm RTE

With erect size you mentioned 5.5”, Titan is not good choice. I have same length and got a Titan 18+1RTE.
Titan fits way better to those with 7” and up.
My flaccid look is terrible, always semi erect and hard to hide.
My flaccid angle never went lower then45 degrees or 4:30 o’clock.

Dr. Kramer is closer to me. less of a hassle.

Someone recently posted a copy of Kramers reply to the AMS/Coloplast only issue. He replied that he uses both now.

Not sure anybody could ever see anything suspicious about this. Other than the size.
I am obviously very happy with the outcome, but I think it is standard outcome for Dr. Eid.

Do not worry so much about your flaccid with a Titan. As long as you go to a great doc, wich you plan to do, there is no issue. Worry more about other things.

1. Pick the right doc. You're already choosing between two great ones. But my simple logic is that based on reading this forum for several years, Kramer has had a few fuckups. Many more than Eid. He seems mainly to have a problem with getting the pump placement perfect.

2. The issue with LGX or Titan is more about the pros and cons of several issues. Do you want to have a big flaccid (Titan flaccid will be within one inch of erect size), or do you want your flaccid to be more significantly smaller than your erect size? My flaccid is around 15 cm, and I have never had an issue with it. Except for the first 2-3 months when it was still a bit too stiff. But forget the first 2-3 monhts. Think about what you want long term. Also, the LGX is made of silicon. It is simply softer than Titan's bioflex. Which is good when flaccid but not if you want the hardest fucking dick possible when having sex. Also, if you have a thick dick, Titan will fill you up better due to its larger circumference. If you have a thinner dick, it won't matter. LGX will be thick enough.

You will hear many here say that even with the LGX, they don't pump to the maximum because it gets too hard. All about personal preference. It is proven by multiple studies that a fully inflated Titan is harder than a fully inflated LGX. This is a fact. Whether that extra hardness is meaningful is a subjective issue where different people with have different opinions. I used to pump my Titan far from maximum in the first year or so. Thought it was hard enough. So did my partner. Nowadays, I always start a bit softer for oral, and go all-in with maximum hardness for penetration. I love it and so does my partner. Just a great feeling of having a super-hard dick. An LGX would never get that hard, and hence I would find an LGX not hard enough after being used to this. But again, this is personal preference. Just wanted to highlight that there are people on this planet who do appreciate the extra hardness of the Titan.

Dog ears... Again, I have yet to seee someone having a Titan implanted by Eid complaining about a shitty flaccid, dog ears, etc. If you go to the local hacker, that might be an issue. But not with him.

Choose well, and good luck.

Guess it's the unknown(able). I'll keep my local (Orlando) urology appointment on Sept 1st for another opinion.

6 months post op with titan. Preop severe PD and lost 3 inches. Since titan, flaccid is larger, but it had calmed down. Don’t mind the lump in my pants. Not as bad as in the beginning. I am about 5.5 inches post op, with titan. And girth is amazing . The titan did handle the remaining plaque. Your looking for a quality erection. The flaccid is not what you had before. So my flaccid is about 4.5 inches and erect 5.5. But girth is almost 6” around. I will take girth over length. Ams would have been a failure with my PD.

What was your girth before the Titan?
