Had titan. Loved it. Really hard. Pointed up at 1 o clock pumped up. Hard time pushing it down for first 4 months or so. Then cylinders softened up and no issues at all. It also fixed all my issues.

Hernia surgery and a reservoir popped. Had a revision. Ams lgx700 put in. Really hard. Points up at 1 o clock fully pumped.

Could hang a towel off both. No real issue about that with either. Had the tailpipe with titan. I never minded it. Love the size of titan pump.

Ams. Hate the pump. Big blocky and smashes into my testicles a bit. Love the cylinders though. I still have a bit of a tailpipe issue but not as hard as the titan. These cylinders are still stiff and have no problem keeping my peyronies bend at bay.

They are both hard enough that I do not have to pump them up if I am worked up enough to masturbate. With both i still got a good morning wood that sticks straight out.

I have commented many times. Positives about both. Negatives about both. I lived them and am now living with them.

Best thing. I pump up I can have sex and orgasm just like I did before peyronies and ed. Like others said. You get a feel for how hard to pump up for either oral sex or penetrative sex. For us those are two separate inflation amounts. Less for oral. More for penetrative sex. I pump up fully only to make sure I keep my size. Still just over 6.75 fully pumped and turned on. Same with both brands.

My best advice. Find a good doctor you are comfortable with. I went out of area first for titan and was satisfied. After complications from the hernia I went local due to a lot of issues. Worked out fine with the ams though I miss that titan bulb pump. So small and fit well with the boys.

SW0110,
What are your tailpipe issues? Never heard for that term with implants.
My Titan never softened a bit. Still hard as it was at 1 month post op.
It never gave me nice flaccid look and feel. It felt and it was always semi erect even when completely flat , flat after deflating and looking like it was run by bus tire. It was hard to hide it in the scrubs.
On top of that problem with my right cylinder.
You and I had same length of Titan 18+1.

George Burns hit a few home runs also.
He told the story of his wife (Gracia Allen) finding some condoms. He didn't use them at home. So big mistake. She never said anything. But he took her shopping & bought a huge ring (as I remember the story). Gracie never said a word & all was good. One day Gracie was rumoured to tell a girlfriend that George should fool around again. This ring is really nice. Slide forward 50 years. Was it Kobe Bryant or Tiger Woods that ended up buying a boulder diamond ring to smooth over some act of indiscretion?

Perennial. Some things never change.

Right where my shaft met my pelvis I had what felt like a flat straw. Take a staw and smash it. That is what the titan felt like. Very hard. I still have that eith the ams. Just not as bad. Run a finger over against the side you can feel a deflated edge. That is what the doc called tailpipe issue when I asked about it.

My titan at around 5 months hung down nice. I would squeeze it good but had no problem having it lay down on top of my scrotum deflated. I was happy. I always was a shower though. So it was nice to get back to my pre ed look.

SW0110,
I checked mine and I have the same flat straw that you described.
My right side is way more prominent then left side.

My left side is my issue with both the titan and lgx cylinders. I am not sure why. I asked about it and was told it was a normal issue with deflated cylinders. I was hoping the lgx would not do that. It is definitely not nearly as bad and they are much softer than the titan cylinders. I will say right off the bat once any swelling went down after the revision my flaccid look was close to what it is now. It took several months with the titan to get there. I remember wearing the titan straight up against my belly for several months.

I do have a short crus and can actually follow the tubing along the shaft where it enters the cylinder so my bends are just above the non inflatable section. I worry it will impact where the inflatable and non inflatable parts are joined together. Time will tell I guess.

Thanks to all replies.

I'm in Melbourne. So are you using Brady? Or Kata? I understand that you are going to Eid or Kramer for the surgery. I also checked out Eid and Kramer but ended up locally. I have an LGX the softest implant on the market much softer than Titan. MK is right about the Titan stiffness you will have a near erection that is not cooperative when deflated. My LGX gave me fits until I realized that the deformity it gave me actually was beneficial. I just let it curve me to the side.
Might I suggest that Kata in Kissimmee or Licht in Titusville can do just as good a job as Kramer or Eid, both are very personable and will give you only about 1/2 inch loss. With an LGX you may end up with your 5.5. Good luck with whomever you choose!
