It was general. Both with my ex ion/grafting and the implant I woke up with no grogginess. I either handle it really well or Dr Yafi’s team is really good

Two week check up. No more bruising or swelling. Dr Yafi said I heal extremely well. Inflated me to 80% and then had me deflate. Very easy and just slight discomfort. Now 3 weeks of cycling until I see him again

44 YO - first signs of ED in early 20s - pills have worked well for 20 years but starting to lose effectiveness - first office injection did not work well - injections have worked well at home - looking at an implant

6” flaccid, 6.5” inflated. 5” girth. Never measured girth pre surgery.

4 weeks post op and cycling daily is no issue. Only things I have noticed is when I wake up I am sore. Maybe still getting something resembling nocturnal erections? Not sure. Also when inflated if I push it slightly to the left I get a pain behind my sack in between my legs. Get same pain when tightening my kegel muscles. Anyone else feel that or something similar? Not extreme pain just annoying

curious with your Titan, are you sticking straight out deflated like a lot of guys are or does it hang?
50 yrs old. E.D. issues started around age 35, combo venous leak/testicular failure. Bilateral testicular implants for severely atrophic testes. Implanted 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer LGX 21cm + 1.

Got all clear from Dr. asked me if he needed to call my neighbors and warn them!
