Totally mushy flaccid

My flaccid is totally soft and mushy
Like softer then a typical
Soft flaccid
It’s thinner than it used to be but when erect looks pretty normal and long

Will this effect my implant? Or wilL the flaccid size just be larger and wider now

The bottom line with length is that if you were a grower before implant you will be a "SHOWER" after. The implanted size changes very little from deflated to inflated. The implant keeps the tissues stretched out and it prevents the smooth muscles of the penis from retracting. If you were used to sometimes having a penis head attached to your groin when it is cold, that won't happen anymore.

The angle it will be when inflated is totally anatomy driven as well as the condition of your suspensory ligament. My crus is insanely short, meaning it stops right under the front of my pelvis, or the pubic bone. In most men the erectile bodies diverge at the pelvis into a "V" shape and go along the pelvis toward the left and right sides. In my case it stops. Also, the suspensory ligament that holds the penis structure to the pubic bone can be slack which allows it to hang lower. In my case I hang between 4:00-4:30 when inflated and around 4:30-5:30 when deflated. My angle has apparently always been somewhat low based on a 25 year old masturbation video I made.

If you usually point near the ceiling (1:00) now, you probably still will after a properly seated implant is installed.

penile firmness (tumescence) **IS** blood. If you've got arterial insufficiency (reduced bloodflow), venous leakage (blood won't stay in sufficient pressure for an erection), or other related issue, you may have what for all practical purposes is simply a fold of skin that looks like a penis. The implant will resolve about 90% of that. It won't fix a soft glans but if that's important to you (it's not really needed with an implant), you can try trimix gel or Cialis or similar to help engorge the glans.

I just got an AUS installed with another pump in with my right nut. The whole package may need suspenders to hold it up. It is different for sure.

To me it doesn't look bad. Not natural but you'd have to look really close to notice something, and unless someone in the gym is starring no one will know.

I personally also don't care about the dog ears. I'm more concerned about how things look and perform while inflated.
