To me it doesn't look bad. Not natural but you'd have to look really close to notice something, and unless someone in the gym is starring no one will know.

I personally also don't care about the dog ears. I'm more concerned about how things look and perform while inflated.

Your flaccid penis will feel like you have a small garden hose inside with the spray nozzle on the end just behind your glans. It takes getting used to. SW0110, it has everything to do with the individual's anatomy (how deep the crus), whether their proximal penis goes past the pubic bone (mine does not) and how tight or slack their suspensory ligament is (mine is a little loose). My wife (and a 20 yo masturbation video I did) indicate that I've always had a low hang, below 3:00 or lower than horizontal. I hang when erect (inflated) at about 4:00-4:30 or 30-45 degrees lower than horizontal.

It sims to me, the deeper the crus is, the higher erection angle will be.
Before RP, my erection was at 1 o’clock all my50+ years.
With implant, my erection angle is between 2 and 2:30.
My deflated angle never went below 4:30 or 45 degrees which I hated it a lot. It was hard to concile it while wearing scrubs at the hospital.
Hope to get better flaccid look and angle with LGX.
