Worth paying for Eid/Kramer/other top doc?

Postby wolfpacker » Sun Aug 02, 2020 2:40 pm

If you had the choice between a free implant from your relatively unknown doc vs paying out of pocket $25k-$30k for one of the world's greatest implant surgeons (Kramer, Eid, etc) what would you choose? It's obviously quite a bit of money but then again may be worth it to ensure you get maximum size and functionality out of your new implant.

Thoughts?

Look dude! This is your manhood. Are you going to gamble? Do you want to regret your whole life? I had a choice and I saved money (took me some time) and I will be going to Dr Kramer to get my surgery. I just don’t know when to travel. The whole pandemic is going out of control in the US right now.

Dr. Kramer himself told me that there are hundreds of fantastic implant surgeons all over the US that do great work but because they are relatively unknown, never get the chance to prove it. How do you think a former student of Kramer, Eid or Perito would perform in the OR???

I wood definitely choose local doc that is covered under my insurance plan.
From my point of view, 25-30K is more than half of brand new Mercedes Benz. Brand new Mercedes ( German engineering) would boost my confidence more then hidden implant.
Driving a Mercedes Benz is a prestige.

I think a local doctor is best IF he/she is a fine surgeon and has an interest in doing in doing the best for the patient they can. This is what I wish we all would have available. But if you do not have anyone local who fits that and you need to leave your local area then you can consider the big name guys. Not best to travel and give up local care but might be the best choice available IF local uro's just don't seem to have a lot of interest in implant surgery. But even the big name guys have revisions. Just fewer. So factor in if you are one of the few and need a revision even with one of the big name doctors. Always check local first. Then if you need to travel you can consider one of the big name doctors. It is a trade off. You just need to know that you can have problems no matter what you choose. All you will be doing is making the best choice you can for you.

I don’t need a nice car to pick up girls. I’ve picked up hot girls literally on a bike or on the bus. I used to do a lot of day game with success. But what good is it if you have no confidence in your dick? Or if there’s a visible scar? Or if they can tell right away?

I would and am paying more to go see the best.

That depends on how qualified the free doctor is. If he/she had studied under one of the several greats or came out of one of the top implant universities. Then I'd say go for the free. You'd still have the $25-$30k to cover a revision if the insurance balked at paying for a revision. If by some chance you was so unhappy that you wanted one.
Part of my logic is that you should be mentally prepared for a revision. Even if you never need one.

I was one of the few that had problems. I did not factor in a reoperation. My local uro's do not do revisions to give you an idea of the interest they have in Implant surgery. They do only 2-3 implants a year each. And I cannot afford to pay out of pocket a second time. So I am trying to get by for the next year and 9 months until Medicare and I can go to somewhere to have a revision. When I do I plan to move and stay near the surgeon for at least 6 months for local care. During sex I have pain in the glans from the left tip that is low, right side of my shaft where the cylinder bows, and at my rectum from RTE. The right cylinder bows out and I point to the left. This can even be seen in my implant video in my signature after I was closed and inflated. The cylinders inflate differently. The right side faster than the left. But after a few minutes they even out and I can add more pumps.

Wolfpacker, you also need to realize that the big name surgeons do make mistakes occaisionaly. To not plan for a revision, no matter who preformed the initial surgery. Is not facing the realities of shit does go wrong at times. Even with the best surgeons.
As illustrated by the above post.
Your question sounds simple but sometimes it isn't so simple. I wish it wasn't so, but it is what it is.
