This is an old video before AMS used the parylene coatedcylinder. Thi greatly increased their reliability

Same here. I am trying to make decision which one I want.
I totally eliminated Titan because I am not happy how it looks and feel when deflated, especially angle which never went lower then 45 degrees.
Always points out and it is very hard to hide it when wearing scrubs. Always looks semi erect.

I am stuck between LGX and CX.
Have to do more research before I make decision. I would like to have LGX but as per my doctor and guys here on FT, LGX has lots of failures especially cylinders become easily aneurismic and have to be replaced.

The LGX expands length and girth. I have gained about 1.75 inches on both with the LGX. I LOVE IT.

As Paul has said. The two brands are very similar. I don't envision much to change on a simple cylinder accompanied with a resevouir. Basically very similar to a blood pressure cuff. What is there to change?
I've been a little surprised that something to stop the blood from leaking leading to the loss of erection hasn't hit the market. It must be harder to solve than just using an implant.
As for new on the market. It is my understanding that Rigicon is new. At least new to the USA market. I think it has been sold in Europe for a while before it was made available in the USA. Since you are in the Netherlands. Perhaps you have heard of more information than those of us in the USA?

This video was made before AMS added a parylene coating to their cylinders. Now the durability and reliability as good as anything on the market. I believe the choice of implant should be based on your size and need for mechanical functions. The biomechanics oh these two devices have significant differences. There are situations where one is clearly superior

I sent a request through Perito's web site and asked if he would come on this forum to add to the discussion. I think this is OK with Paul. We will see if he answers.

Too busy using my Titan to even consider the effect of dog ears. I’m more interested in how it looks, feels and performs while Inflated and inside my girl :)
And I can assure you all......it’s excellent!

Seriously. I have been on here for several years. Your first choice is the doctor. Make that one first.

Next is. Do you have peyronies, hourglass, plaque. Etc. My first implant was a titan. Took care of all those issues.

Revision i had was an lgx.

Exact same length not pumped up with both the titan and lgx. Close to 6 inches. Both hang down at about 4.30 position. No difference period. Pumped up. I was at month 10 with titan 6.75 inches. The doc added 1 cm at the revision, I am still at 6.75 inches.

My best natural was just under 7 inches, so I am about 1/8 an inch less than my 18 year old erection. This is with both the titan and the lgx. I have had the pleasure or displeasure of having both a titan and lgx so I can give an opinion on both.

Titan. Loved the pump. Cylinders were stiffer but softened up at 8 months or do. Yes I had the ridges but they never bothered me.

Lgx. Love the cylinders. No ridges, tailpipes, whatever you call them. Hate the pump. Big and awkward. Must hear or feel that pop to inflate it otherwise it ain't coming up. It has to many square edges. Deflate you push button and hear it gurgle out.

Bottom line is. For me. No implant. No hard dick. No sex. No brainer.got an implant. Titan quit at month 10. Not its fault though. Had hernia surgery and right after it was not working. Revision to lgx. Totally happy with a hard dick.

Back to point one. Pick your doc first. Most important part. Implant is after that one. Otherwise you are putting the cart before the horse.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.

Perito answered me in an e-mail " we use both as to patient preference. We install Titan most because of girth and longevity". ( longevity = lasting long)

Pick your hernia surgeon well also. I had a hernia surgery at the same hospital as my implant. I told the surgeon to be sure to contact my implant surgeon as I didn't want any screw ups. I was glad to see them both in the prep room before surgery.
