Flat bulb problem

Revision surgery with titan touch 2/28/20.
Last night I had a strange situation where my pulp bulb went flat/squished while pumping. First time this ever happened. It stayed flat until I hit the deflate button and the bulb refilled. I was then able to cycle fully 3 times with no problems. Hard as a rock every time. Is this a sign of a slow leak or failing pump or does this happen every once in a while do to a jam or something. Pump seems to be working fine as of now.
