No erection. I felt something very hard in my scrotum thought omg the tubing is bulging. I felt more and felt what I thought was a collapsed tube was actually the implant from my penis. The realized the stiff hard part was the back side. Again wtf. How can an entire right side come out. Not doing anything strenuous cause I’m sidelined getting cervical neck fusion surgery in three weeks. I’m so uncomfortable in my scrotum I can’t put this off. My penis is leaning way to the right due to the implant on left pushing without resistance. I tried to call my surgeon on call service no return call. I also emailed AMS rep and called left message. I’m so pissed off. My initial surgery was hell. I do t know if surgeon messed up or AMS has an issue. My feeling is that it wasn’t right when installed. My erections were never rock hard. Always pointed straight down never straight out. When feeling down there in the past I noticed a hard spot on side of penis which when pumped up would go away. When deflated would return with sometimes what felt life something purtruding out. I have no idea. Something messed up. Now more surgery. Crap!!!!
Just thinking "out loud" as it were, but if it's totally deflated now, you might be able to put one pump in to round out and firm the cylinder without expanding it, then push it from your scrotum, back into the corpus where it belongs. Then wear some padding in a pair of tight briefs to keep your scrotum compressed so it won't fall out again, until you can get in to the doctor. Since it's distending the scrotum, as long as it hasn't totally fallen out (that's not likely), it may be possible to partially reseat it by manipulating it through your scrotum. Don't forget padding in some tight briefs though or it will fall out again.
