Hello all,
quick question for those that have dived to the ocean floor of this forum who could save me time. I understand everyone’s anatomy is different but how long/wide would a AMS LGX max out at on someone with an 18cm by 2 rte implant?
Looking for both the scientific possibilities and actual reality if that makes sense

I have lgx 18 cm with 1.5 rte’s. My implant is just over 3 years old and going strong. I cycled once a day and held for about an hour. I would do a second session if i could squeeze it in. As far as length i am 6.25” bone pressed. I get a little more when aroused. Hope this helps.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5654325/ That has some information on the expansion length and rigidity of the LGX and Titan. And girth. Just a bit of info I have a 21+1 LGX and my length is the same as Bandit's.
I see you had a 18cm Titan and just had revision with a 22cm Titan. You might also compare the 2 in the charts in the above publication.

Remember that implant length is only loosely related to usable penis length for a number of factors.
How deep is your pelvic crus? The rear end of you implant is hidden down there. The good news about this is that directional stability is greater the deeper your crus is.
How much of your glans extends beyond the distal tip of your implant. Too much and your glans is not well-supported, but (if your glans does engorge, you get a bit more penis length).
How much flesh is covering your pelvic bone (pubic fat pad)? Everyone has one and some are thicker than others. It reduced usable and visible penis length as well.
The good news it that a decent surgeon will fit you with the implant that will properly fit inside your penis with no slack. This translates to making your penis "all that it can be" or what nature intended without the effects of E.D. Therein lies the rub. Finding a surgeon who knows how to properly size you and with the manual skills to do it right.

18 plus 2 rtes with lgx here. I am 6.75 bone pressed when I am into sex and aroused. Just under my pre peyronies ed of under 7.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.
