Does length come back even in flaccid state of the implant?

Postby guyinthedarkness » Sun Jul 12, 2020 7:53 am

Most of the people say that gaining length takes a lot of time after the operation. Months. Or sometimes years....but are you talking only about the inflated length of the implant or also about the flaccid state of the implant? In other terms: is there possibility that I gain some length in the deflated state of my implant? Or will I only get bigger in inflated state by time?

Would be nice to hear some experiences...

Because of the material that the implant is made of, most guys come out with more length flaccid… I personally was about 4.5 to 4.75 and I am now at about 5 to 5.25… A little in between the two even with my dysfunctional implant… another thing is that shrinkage your experience when you are cold or after you work out will never happen again…
Implanted October 2019 Dr. Kramer lgx 18 cm +2 rear tips. Preop at 6.75 post op 5.25... awaiting revision… Implanted for possibility of having our first child.

When I did one of my speaking engagements at an ED seminar with a urologist I sort of accidentally remarked "my flaccid length is now 3 times what it used to be since my implant. Who wouldn't think that's cool?". I moved right along. My erection length after 2 years was a half inch more than ever before. My only disappointment was trading in my former girth for a flat oval I at first considered to be a pencil dick. My wife said it was all in my head.
Became DaveKell 2.0 on July 18th with Dr. Allen Morey in Dallas, TX. AMS 700 CX implant. 18cm with 5.5 RTE's.

After my prostatectomy I was 2 inch. After implant I am 5 1/2 deflated. Much larger flaccid than ever in my life. It takes getting used to. Within one month of my implant date I was back to my pre RP size except for my girth. The RP took all my nerves so, I have no natural filling in my penis. The nerve damage from an RP is why most guys loose girth.

With both titan or lgx I am 5.5 flaccid. 6.75 inflated. No difference at all.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.

You were 6.75 inches inflated with a titan 18+1 RTE? seems really big too me for that implant size, how can that be?

Thanks for your answers, but I feel like my questions was not that clear. I know that the inflated size of the implant will increase over time after the op, but my question was if the deflated size of the implant will become bigger by time too.

No your flaccid size will be larger than before and really doesn't change. You can add a few pumps to the cylinders to inflate some and make your flaccid dick look bigger. Because of the size of the cylinders and their lack of flexibility to shrink your flaccid state will always be larger, cannot make it smaller.

My point is that flaccid with both is actually over 5.5 inches with either titan or lgx cylinders. The only difference was the titan cylinders were more rigid even flaccid. The lgx cylinders are soft and you do not feel them inside the penis. The only hard part I feel in the lgx cylinders is the tips.

As for length, there are many on here if you read the tag lines with 20 cm cylinders at 6.5 or longer
It depends on how deep your crus is. I am certainly not questioning it, just happy over about 16 months I am close to my pre ed and peyronies length. I actually have pictures posted in other posts.

I'm 4.75" deflated and around 5.5" (up to 6" on a good day with hard bone-press) and I have a 15cm (5.9") with no RTE. My crus is literally just to my pubic bone, maybe 1.0-1.2" deep. The front of the hard rear-tips is palpable at the base of my penis.

Every person is different. Some before they go in for implant surgery already have big gland, but not much length. Some have length, but no girth with a small gland. So only the specialists knows what he has to do on choosing the right cylinder. On my first revision they said they installed 18cm LGX, but I noticed that with a full erection the tips were barely at the base of the gland. I never got a floppy gland because my gland still was getting engorged with blood from somewhere, but I have read where some get a floppy head. So when I had my second revision ten months later because of a ball valve failure, the specialists noticed that my LGX cylinders needed to be pulled in I would say about an inch to the center of the gland. He done that and used the same 18 CM cylinders because they were still new and just added rte's on the base as needed from his measurement. He explained to me what he had done and said it was a first. He done a fantastic job. I am one very happy person with his expertise on how to correct problems.

revision Dec 2016. 2ND implant 21CM, 1rte AMS 700 LGX MS pump
