Ok, I'll chime in. I didn't have an opinion on this until recently. I think it all depends on what part of you the implant "improved". Things like PE or PD. I think it enhances. Perhaps on ED it is a "treatment" for one of nature's cruel jokes. Lots of ways to look at them. Call it what you want. Just hope you can call it successful.

I was always good at sex pre ED. I could go and go for long periods at a time having up to three orgasms. I was always well endowed and all my women loved it. Then cancer struck me to give me ED. My prostrate was removed, even though the cancer was below that on the urthrea. Surgery they removed several things. So I did not like the Caverject shots. Man I just can not figure how anybody can take that. So I decided right away on the three piece implant. I have like all of them, but the best one is the one I have now which is the LGX. Man my dick has gotten bigger then the original and it is impressive to many. But as I have mentioned before, I do not like to pump it rock hard. To me that takes away from feeling natural. My dick feels natural to me and not nobody has ever asked me if it is a prosthesis.

The only time I was “better” was when I was 19.......but back then I was a 5 pump chump! Not only has my Titan allowed me to be a more reliable sex partner, I can now take my time and satisfy my beautiful GF in ‘her’ time-not mine.
Enhanced? Absolutely! Happy? You know it. :)

For me, implant was pure necessity to be able to have sex life.
At 51, radical prostatectomy rendered me 100% impotent.
I did extensive penile rehab after RP but nothing worked for me.
I 2 years after RP, I tried to have sec handful times and always went disastrous for me and my wife. I was 53 at time I received an implant which gave me ability to enjoy sex again
Sex with implant is totally different from performing with naturally erected penis.
Joy in having sex with implant is barely 50% of joy I had with natural erections.
Since I lost that natural ability to have etection, sex with implant is better then no sec at all.
Implant might be an enhancement For those who were able to perform with other sex aides, but for me it was just last resort to restore my sex life.
Anyone who did not have prostate Ca does not know what is real 100% ED.
You guys can joke about this and that but Ca survivors know the difference.
I went into RP surgery 100% potent any needed time, and after RP, I was total opposite, 100% impotent.

That is disturbing to hear. You have my sympathies. Did you lose sensation? (have nerve damage, perhaps)

I do not discount your experience, but hope it is not the norm.

I can only suppose that your cancer (and the operation it required) was worse than other men, as some cancer survivors (with radical prostatectomies) have reported different results.
