I ended up looking up online for the center of excellence centers listed on the coloplast site, then just called them all up and found one who would talk to me. My initial implant was a titan due to my severe peyronies, plaque, hourglass etc.

Revision 1 year later to lgx. Happy with both. Each one has their pluses and minuses. Love the ams cylinders but hate the size of their pump. Hated the titan cylinder stiffness but loved how small their pump is. The titsn cylinders though straightened me right up. The ams cylinders are stiff enough to keep me straight after the titan did its job.

Good luck.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.
