I've strongly considered USC/Keck but i think he does infrapubic and i want infroscrotal. Plus everyone praises Eid so i really want to go with the best. I work damn hard to provide i'm not going to go cheap on myself now. If insurance pays for it or not, i'll go into debt if i have to to get the best possible results.

You can ask for Dr Boyd at Keck. He is as good or better than EID. He really cares about his patients. I was also heading to Eid and setting up all the arrangements. Was only looking for a backup in case I had problems. Also was convinced I needed scrotal entry. More docs use pubic entry now. It heals nicely. As for girth, blood flow increases girth. No blood flow before implant equals no blood flow after implant. You are going to end up with a skinnier dick. All my nerves were removed in an RP and I have NO blood flow. First time sex after the implant my wife asked me if it was in. F___ cancer. I would search for every answer possible to get a blood filled penis before an implant. Implants have 87% satisfaction rate but that is with guys that have no other road to go down.

For me traveling is not a huge issue, thankfully i was able to get a second job and i have the funds to travel now which is great.

Interesting advice about the blood flow. Right now i'm taking 10mg daily of Cialis, L-Citruline, and doing 1 or 2x a day Vacuum device.

Do you have any other recommendations? I also try to edge every day if i can and if i get a decent erection after taking the Cialis.

At first i used to get raging boners with 10mg Cialis, but has been getting worse and worse in the past couple months.

I thought that a Titan would really maximize girth, even with poor blood flow. I would imagine only the glans would really be affected by low blood flow. Luckily my glans still swell ok and i think my problem is i can't keep the blood in the penis, so i plan on using a penis ring with the implant if there's a venous leak that affects the glans. But i don't know yet.

With VED and some clamping i've seen some marginal girth gains. From 4.9 to about 5.1. I've only been doing VED consistently for the past month or so.

Next I'm going to Dr. Eid to personally do an ultrasound, take measurement, and potentially diagnose the VL.

I considered flying out to Baltimore for my implant procedure but after researching and then talking to Dr. Jonathan Clavell in Houston I made the decision to use Dr. Clavell. I don't live in Houston so I drove three hours both ways to use Dr. Clavell. He was great pre surgery and post surgery. I must have emailed him thirty times prior and then again post surgery and without fail he responded with clear and concise answers via email or text post surgery. Pre surgery I was worried I would lose size and he assured me that I would not be any different than my trimix injection size. At that time trimix did not work very well so I was a bit concerned. That said, he did not promise me anything on size other than he would max what mother nature gave me which is what he measured during surgery. I used a VED for three to four weeks prior to surgery to try and regain what I had lost over the ED years and went to surgery fingers crossed. I had selected Coloplast and I ended up with the 24CM with no RTE needed. I just had my six week post op and Clavell had two very complex Peyronie's cases that day. He seems to get many of the complex cases for some reason. Speaking of six weeks I could not be happier, I am was cleared for sex a little early as my incision healed fast and I already have most if not all of my pre surgery length back. My girth is still a little less than it was before surgery but I think its possible I will recover some of that with time. I am still healing but it seems to get better every week that passes. Your mileage may vary but If I had to do it again, I would without a doubt go back to Dr. Clavell.

Hey Everyone,

So got a bit of an update. Today i had my in-person follow-up with Dr. Eid.

He felt around my penis and felt scar tissue on the bottom of the penis.

He injected me with Caverject and did an ultrasound.

First he measured my stretched flacid penile length. Was at 19-20cm he said. He said i would need a "custom" implant either 24cm or 26cm.

He then proceeded to inject me. It felt like a small sting and not very painful.

Then he used the ultrasound machine to measure the bloodflow in as my penis reacted to the injection. He said i had good bloodflow and that i should get a nice erection.

He then walked out of the room.

After a few minutes i got about a 95% erection. I told him that even though Cialis fails once in a while, when it works i get a better erection.

He then proceeded to use the ultrasound to look for a leak.
He then measured me with this erection at 18cm. He measured my girth at the narrowest point at 13cm.

He told me it didn't look like i had a venous leak, but i did have somewhat poor bloodflow in one side. But he didn't seem to worried about it. He was surprised that Cialis fails sometimes and thinks I do not need an implant at this time. He wants to give my body more time to heal.

Then he had me go for a walk. The erection only got stronger and more painful during the walk. I also ate a delicious Gyro in my walk.

I got back and was taken to a room. While i waited i remeasured with the ruler they have there at 19cm. I was really really hard.

When he walked in I showed him my measurement and he agreed. I told him to update his chart :p He said that's only important if i get an implant, which he doesn't think i need.

He also said he needed to drain me. So he injected me again and drained some blood from my penis. This needle was way more painful and uncomfortable.

He basically prescribed me with injections, 0.5, don't know much about injections. Told me to call if my erection got rock hard again.

Got to hotel and erection returned. Rock hard. It was painful. My penis hurt a lot from both injections.

I just did some pushups and ejaculated and that made it go away eventually. The pain also subsided once the erection went down.

I'm excited to try out injections, i really liked the erection i got with it and I'm sick of the Cialis side effects. I was taking 10mg daily Cialis which Eid said i was overdosing. Will probably cut back to 5mg. We'll see how things go.

I'll probably have a lot of questions about injecting. And I'm also excited by the girth gains it can provide. Also grateful that i don't have a VL so I have hope my body will eventually heal or that i can ride Cialis + Injections and maybe with a miracle eventually heal.

Strange it's common for pfs to have a bend to the left. Mostly it's not peyronies.

Fascinating. I think I have post finasteride syndrome and I developed a slight left curve.

Wonder if there's something to this? Anyone else use propecia/finasteride and develop a leftward curve?

Hey sure, i'll make a quick update.

First, I separated from my wife and am in the process of a divorce. This is because she was not supportive and quite frankly injections changed my life.

Secondly, i have started a "Dating on Injections" thread: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=16845
This thread goes over my new dating life with injections.

Thirdly, i'm attaching some pictures (back from january) of my penis and erection while on injections. As you can see there has been a lot of improvement and i feel much better and confident these days.

Evening, to answer your questions:
- Cialis still works but not reliably, the erections are not 100% but i still take it daily to help with erections
- I stopped VED, i felt it hurt my erections and just use Cialis to achieve pretty good erections every day
- For sex though, Cialis is just not good enough.
- I believe that injections are like steroid for your dick, it makes it strong enough so that the scar tissue does not constrict my penis as much
- I am not able to have sex without pills or injections. I can masturbate but not with 100% erection
- I fucking love injections, they have changed my life, so far i haven't really needed to increase the dosage
