For me it often works to drink two glasses of red wine before sleeping to get a nighttime erection.

Can you poste some photes of the curve? In yhis photo's it's straight like a spare

For the insurance, being a former 97 degree upward bend, insurance just looks at the codes. I went to one of the many urologist who got a positive preauth. For Aetna, you need pd and 2 cycles of xiaflex, over 18 months pd, diabetes, hypertension and ultrasound proof of plaque. The hospital I went to, screwed up and just entered the code in for ED. I lost 2 appeals, aetna sent me the docs for the 3rd appeal. They never submitted a precert. I told the hospital, here is the precert from another uro group. The hospital system that I had the implants, did get paid for plication and plaque removal. But no implants. After telling them I was not going to pay there remaining 43k, since they screwed up the billing. They settled for $317 dollars from me. The hospital billed 92K and Aetna allowed 46K. Be aware some of the world class implant installers who take insurance don't even send in medical records. I did not go with the group that did get a precert. The urologist would not remove plaque, and only use ams. The titan, was the only implant that could work against my plaque. Being a young guy, did you try xiaflex at all? Its a terrible injection and did nothing for me. However, depending on bend there could be some value. The risk of xiaflex, pain, hematoma which I got when uro modeled my dick too aggressively. Penis fracture and did I say pain.

Yeah i'm not sure Xiaflex will work for me. I feel 4 or 5 nodules in my penis. Last ultrasound indicated some of them are calcified already.

These are the notes from my last ultrasound:

1. No significant change when compared to prior examination. Redemonstration of a small hematoma at the right base of the penis.
2. Echogenic foci, likely calcifications, are noted along the cavernous spongiosum and tunica albuginea which may correlate to patient's history of Peyronie disease.
3. Small bilateral hydroceles.

Overall my penis is really unhealthy. I have my video call with Eid scheduled for July 16th. My follow up with my primary urologist is on the 9th. But my main uro has not been super helpful in instructing me how to use vacuum or traction devices. Looked at my penis for 5 minutes, said great penis and started me on the usual cocktail. My penis certainly does not look great anymore.

I've lost significant girth, but thankfully no length. I know with an implant i can gain my girth back, God willing no infection and i keep my length i'd be super happy.

I haven't applied for a loan yet, but i have decent credit (765) and no debts and a good paying job. Should be able to secure one if insurance can't cover it. I can also risk it and wait for the full year which will be in about 7 months.

I'm still able to get erections, though not strong, so this keeps me somewhat positive i can wait a little bit. I also haven't really tried higher dose Cialis/Viagra.

Here's a picture from the side of my penis, and for reference a picture of my healthy penis from a couple of years ago. You can certainly see the girth loss.

I think you are overly worried about the curve. I'm far more curved and even my case is not as common according the urologist.

Try higher doses cialis like 30mg on friday. Then you have enough for the while weekend

The curve is really not an issue for me. The girth loss bothers me but i can live with it. It's the lack of firm erections that are really bothering me.

Currently me penis just feels numb and i can't get a firm erection. My doctor has prescribed me 100mg Viagra alongside the 5mg daily cialis - going to give that a try.

My consultation with Dr. Eid is in two weeks so I will have the results of trying Viagra then and see what he says.

Ok i had my consultation with Dr. Eid a couple of weeks ago. He advised me to stop traction because he wants to see if my EQ improves and my body heals.

He said if i did traction to be super careful, but best to just leave it alone.
I did do some more light traction and unfortunately my EQ has continued to worsen.

On top of that my wife is pressuring me to have a kid and is mad that my ED is preventing me. She tells me that having the surgery will not make me happy and that it will not work. That it'll put us in the hole and that she wants to 'save' money. That my ED is in my head and that my penis curve is not bad. She's also told me she doesn't want to have sex with "that thing" if I get an implant.

Note that i'm the only one that works, i don't even have any car payments. I think this is fucked up.

I can't live like this, and i won't. I'll be glad to get a divorce afterward and God willing the surgery goes great I can test out my new toy as a single man.

Anyway, i continue to push forward. I'm planning to pay off the medical debts i've incurred so she has nothing to complain about and then go to NYC in two months to personally see Eid. And take it from there.

Dr. Eid said i have a somewhat thin penis, but long. So i'm hopeful a titan will give me good girth and i'll keep my 7 inches. He said i'll need a 22-24cm Titan if/when the time comes. This is based on an average of 6cm length to the crux.

Would love to know what length other people with 24cm titans have and the before and after girth. Googling around Coloplast says there should be a 20% girth increase which is really good.

Anyway, will continue to update this journal as things progress.

Thanks.

Definitely looks straight enough to me man

The ED is a different issue

My penis looks totally different flaccid now
Smaller
Thinner and thinner skin
And in general jist mushier if that makes sense like a deflated balloon

I’m hoping the Titan returns girth and at the very least gives reliable erections
Finasteride 2005-11
Terrible
Side effects

Been having ED since 2011 with penile shrinkage...was totally impotent for a few months and penis changed
Low libido
Low T
Had kids along the way and recovered some
Function

Implanted w dr Eid June 10 2021

This again. What is it with women who put that shit on their husbands? This has been a recurring theme on this board. Why wouldn't you want your man to feel whole again, to feel like he can perform and satisfy you? There are way too many uptight, probably sexually repressed wives out there. Shit probably ingrained into them when they were younger by the church to feel sex is shameful.
