That’s exactly what does it! I hope I get as lucky as you did with cycling… paranoid that the next surgeon will not do a stretch test before they implant the new device… I know that 5.25 is completely normal but, when you are used to 6.75, it just doesn’t feel that way, I guess

Hey I sent you a DM. Please check.
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

I had my revision at almost 1 year from my initial implant. Titan was replaced with the lgx. No issues at all with recovery. Went from19 cm total length to 20 cm total length.

I have a good solid 6.75 pumped up erection with the 20 cm cylinders. I have had great success with both models. Both tips sat well in the glans and cylinders pump up straight and hard.

Good luck on your revision when it comes.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.

Do you guys think I should consider the Titan or the CX to maybe try breaking away at the scar tissue right off the bat instead of being disappointed about size furthermore? i’m already a little freaked out that I’m shorter by close to 2 inches… I’ve been dismissing that as this malfunction but, I don’t know how confident I am yet… my LG ex is a quarter inch longer deflated then inflated which worries me but kind of keeps me confident at the same time that this is exactly what is going on… anyway, I’m getting in touch with the new urologist to set things up so I’m good for surgery the second I’m cleared from this one… unfortunately, I can’t afford the $3000 out of pocket again… I hope everyone is doing well! all feedback is appreciated…

Can you give us more details on your situation? What do you have now? and why it failed, etc.
The first advice I can tell you, if you are concerned about size, is to get to one of the top 5 surgeons (Kramer, Christine, Eid, Kapman or Perito) rather than a low volume. I know Karpman and Christine for sure work with Insurance. Not sure about the rest.

You missed Gerry Brock from London Ontario. He is the past president of the Canadian Urological Society, has won more than 25 awards, has been published over 200 times and is a very high volume implant surgeon and also does all other urology surgery... This doctor is amazing. :)

Who is doing the revision and what brand and model are you getting??

Seems you had an inexperienced surgeon to start with.
I understand the financial burden, but please get a good experienced surgeon this time. I found that the pricing is about the same for all surgeons as most the cost is for the implant and the hospital.
In general: inexperienced surgeons charge about $1,000 for the surgery, while the top guys charge around $2,000 and trust me that is a very well-spent.
The rest of the cost is for the implant: $9 to 10k, hospital $9,000 to 12k, and anesthesia approximately $1,000.
Also, check with AMS to see if they can cover the implant under warranty.

Hahaha... not only is Dr. Kramer experienced, he is one of the best implant surgeons in the world.

You should let Dr. Kramer re-do it. He is a great surgeon but remember, everybody has a bad day once in a while... Dr Kramer has few bad days. Maybe there was a defect in the implant... Was your implant video taped? If yes, can you provide a link?

Try using a VED to maintain length, maybe it will give you mental peace.

Dr. Kramer may not have done the stretch test BUT, that is NOT the proper way to measure anyway. When you are on the table and opened, he will jam a special measuring rod in. I have watched every Kramer video and he uses the rod. Trust him, it is my opinion (and MANY would agree with me) he is one of the best in the world. Let him do the revision, you won't be sorry. You should know I am Canadian and Dr. Brock did mine... other than stating the truth, I have no reason to suggest what I have to you. I am NOT on Dr. Kramer's payroll.

I couldn’t get my phone to read me who typed the part about the 6.75 inches be impossible but, thank you… I really hope you are right on this one! I’ve read one other statement saying someone had the exact same length and the exact same size and type of implant so, I am confident about that but, 20 cm doesn’t really leave a lot to play with on a penis that size… Just a little ripped off feeling for lack of a better way of putting it LOL I’m missing a lot of that and I hope things are broken beyond repair…
