Zero erectile capacity

From reading this forum it’s interesting to see how different members rate the feeling / function of their implants. What I have noticed is that before going through this procedure there is a spectrum of erectile capability amongst members - some get no tumescence whilst others get a fair bit. This is a post for those who have zero blood flow to the penis, how does your ‘erect’ or fully pumped penis feel ? Is the tubing very apparent ? Is sex pleasurable with a soft glans ?

Before implant there was no tumescence without injection. With injection it was 50% or so and with pain.
When pumped it feels much like a normal erection, maybe some less. The tubing is not visible really and must be palpated to know where it is. (Penoscrotal surgery) The tubing can easily be felt-the one up to the reservoir around the penis and the tubing underside to the cylinders. But it is not a problem.
The glans is soft when pumped but with foreplay It is not noticed. My wife even noticed the difference.

Great question, and one I am happy to respond to. I do have good tumescense. By that I mean, when aroused, the penis begins to "plump" up a bit, I sense it and my body responds appropriately. But, since this is a post intended for those with zero blood flow, I can only say that yes, the penis is absolutely natural feeling in the erect state, much like the fully inflated inner tube of a bicycle tire, and, the tubing is mildly noticeable by me, but my wife has not said anything, even when she gives me head. The head of the penis is as normal, engorged and still the same old head. I have the AMS LGX 25cm.
