2 month update:
My girlfriend and I have been enjoying my new bionic penis to the fullest. Truly been having the best sex of my life. Of course I could keep going but we are usually exhausted by that point.

Right now the only drawback is that my new flaccid is harder than any erection I had in the past. I still stand straight up when lying down. I try to aggressively squeeze when I deflate. I hope that will get better with time.

I also had Titan. It is almost 2 years since implanted.
My Titan never softened up and still is sticking out at 45 degrees when fully deflated and always looks semi erect and it is hard to hide it when wearing scrubs.
