Hello
I know theres' heavy traffic on the implants section. But im seeming to mentally get ready in a few months for my implant i wants to know something.
My penile length while erect is usually between 6-6.5 and if im really aroused it goes to maybe 7. it usually depends if im standing up or lying down different factors. also i might not be 100 percent accurate with the numbers cause i use a ruler instead or a tape.
back to the issue while flacid im not big im not a shower. soo its usually small while in a flacid state. when i get an implant is there going to be issues regarding these im usually thin and not so large at a flacid state. usually 3 inch guessing at a flacid state. not sure if people can relate to this. please let me know if i get an implant will it be possible.
Frank talk gives a hope every day to breathe and fight the inner battles i have been for so long being young and facing all these. Thank you to all the members who take their time and effort of making me understand and helping me out.

Re: Sizing for implants
Just to give you an idea of how they measure your flacid size. Doctor pulls on your flacid penis, fairly hard. He will note if you still have any elasticity in your penis. No elasticity is not a good sign of size recovery. As ED progresses as men delay the decision & gripe about their length. Their penis loses elasticity. Anyway, a measurement is done on the dorsal side. The side that you look down on when standing. The doctor uses a metric ruler that he presses into your pubic bone quite firmly. You can argue all you want about what your length is at home or in a VED. His measurement is of the penis that you brought to him. The final measurement is done on the operating table during surgery. A measuring tool is pushed inside in both directions very firmly. The two numbers are added together. That determines your implant length.
They don't install an implant based upon what you think you had in your prime nor the length it is in a VED. You get what you have when you're laying on the table.

Also, you will never be a "GROWER" again. You will be a "SHOWER" because the implant keeps the penis from retracting. You will very likely have a deflated length somewhere between your PRE-OP semi-erect and erect lengths assuming you regain your pre-op length after cycling a few weeks.

Excuse my ignorance, but what is PFS and what does Propeciaa have to do with it? Also, could you give an explanition of "hard flaccid"?
