I tried the fold and tuck method, but that led to dog ears and a bit of pain at the fold point. Also heard that the cylinders can eventually fail at the fold. I was much more comfortable with elastic boxer briefs and using the leg to hold things in place. As for sex, it was about 2 months. It was recommended Spectra Everyday by a member on FT, there’s a separate compartment for penis and nuts. I realized I have 7 pairs, I’ve always had an issue with trying to tuck my junk, hence I ordered them a year or so ago. They actually work much better than the jockstraps. I just ordered the David Archy underwear that appear to provide more dual support on Amazon. I also ordered a deep pocket jock strap that’s advertised for hung men, should arrive today! I have to go out to dinner tonight at 6:00pm, let’s see how I survive. I try to stay naked as much possible which helps due to sensitivity. I’m told this hard stiff state will past, hopefully soon. You have dropped some knowledge on this Forum...well done, well said! All dressed up, and no where to go! Great way to express life without sex! True I’m confident, and felt once ED impacted me in this last year, I had to do something!! So now I have this swollen pecker hanging down my leg...awaiting recovery to be over! At least you are a week in. The first week is the hardest. No pun intended. I had similar problems as you. I think most of it was due to swelling. I used a lot of ice packs the first week but I'm not sure how effective they were after the first few days. My dick was pointing straight out and I too had to push it down to pee but not too much if I was having a bowel movement. I found peeing in the shower to be the easiest. I also found that my penis pushing against my cloths caused me a lot of my pain. I was able to stay at home and spent a lot of time naked. My Doctor told me keeping it pointed up would help reduce swelling. I am a boxer man but when I went out the first few weeks I wore boxer briefs and loose fitting jeans. If I wore it straight up my dick was into my waist band so I had to keep it at an angle. The briefs hold it close to your body so it is not so noticeable. As the swelling went away and the implant broke in some I wore it down a leg and the boxer brief held it agianst my leg, once again, making it less noticeable.

Remember. week 1 is bad. By the end of week 2 it will be much, much better. By the end of 3 you may have an occasional twinge but you will be feeling pretty good.

Hey Weazer!
This is probably the closest response that matches my issue100%! Reading your reply matches my recovery exactly! I’m on Day 12, and this is the best day so far! I no longer feel as if I’m carrying a ton of bricks around, and penis sensitivity to clothes have decreased. I actually must attempt a one mile walk. Penis still semi hard but not as hard as before. I can tuck it better. I think attempt to walk a mile may be beneficial, hopefully. It’s been tough being bed bound, as I’m an active gym guy and a runner! As you stated being naked as often as possible was a great benefit in the recovery process. I’ve ordered deep pocket jock straps to assist with wearing clothes to assure There’s no dick print displaying. I’m attaching an updated picture.
