3 days post op - before/after photos

Hi guys,

My implantation was successful and now I’m implanted with a coloplast titan! I just wanted to show you some photos. For the moment it seems like ive lost 1-2 inches in length. The titan is 20% pumped up, but of what I’ve heared it doesn’t get that much bigger.

First photo was the night before my implantation:

These 2 photos are from today, still a lot of swelling but l think it looks good for day 3 post op.

Hey man I think it looks great for only 3 days post op. I wouldn’t worry about length. You had length to spare! But you can’t really tell for a while what you’re going to end up with. But to me in my opinion it looks like you kept most of it and the rest will come as you start cycling. Just my two cents. So what size titan did he give you? Any rtes? Who was your surgeon?

Hey mAn, I’m on Day 3 of recovery also. Titan XL 26cm, plus one June 11th surgery date, you looking good. I am adjusting to the weight of my dick and especially my balls. Everything seems so heavy! Some discomfort and swelling. Also dick is semi hard and feels like I may roll over and break it, lol. I honestly can’t imagine it fully pumped, as it’s pretty thick and long now, and I’ve only pumped it twice. I’m walking a bit strange as balls are hanging much lower. Here are a few pics of day 3 new dick.

You look bigger than I was before my implant, but about the same now. I lost maybe 1 1/2" in length, but gained in girth.
For day 3 you look good. On my day 3 I was still sleeping and popping pills.

Keep in mind that you are not pumped up yet, You will be fine. Real nice looking dick!

Don't know why, but imgur is telling me I have to create an account, despite selecting to use my Gmail account...who the fuck programmed this site! Will do this later.
But from what you describe, I seriously doubt anyone can beat me in the loss department. I was told by Dr. that the 3 surgeries I have had so far have resulted in 4" loss...from 8". All I can do is wait now. Have Titan Classic 20 cm from AMS 24cm, now have Titan Classic. Aggressively pumping right now (its funny to see yourself pump and watch your dick grow, even though you have seen your dick grow before, lol) and hope something happens soon.

it will grow, i have a titan my self and lost size after surgery. But dont be afraid, after 5/6 months of penile protesis cycling it will recover its previous size
