Wow what an incredible tale! I’m curious did you lose feeling because of the numerous surgeries or because the inexperienced surgeon Nicking the vein?

I’ve used this tactic to help minimize the me mechanical usage of my implant. My 2 failures were hopefully because of the “lemon” Genesis pump. I wouldnt fully deflate it so that next time I’d use it I wouldn’t have to work it as much.

I wonder if this tactic would be a bad idea with the One Touch pump & the sticky valve situation.

As I recall, Perito's comment was in context to men that kept their implant inflated to nearly max most of the time. Guessing that it might be a thing on nude beaches in Florida.

This is why I prefer penoscotral surgery for implant because I am terrified of some nerve getting nicked when surgery is done via infrapubic approach. I am not taking that risk!

It depends on the surgeon, your anatomy and a bit of luck. I had the Pentecostal surgery as my original implant and the bottom part of my cock was numb for 6 months. Now, I had the infrapubic for the revision, and the sensation is fine.

My first was penoscrotal, second and third infrapubic.....
