best technique for implant with peroyne

Postby silver » Fri Jun 12, 2020 10:41 am

Hello partners. I live in southern Europe and I am in the decision-making phase for the implant surgeon for several years from peroyne.
unfortunately I will not be able to access neither eidd nor krammer, but I am among the 2 most prestigious and with the most interventions and expensive in my country.
The substantial difference that I see between the two is the technique, since in one case the tissue of the corpora cavernosa is completely removed by scraping, and in the other, instruments are used to dilate and eliminate the minor part of the corpora cavernosa and introduce the tips.

Could you give me some light on what is the most used technique among top surgeons?

Thanks for your help :)

regards

My doctor did both. He cleaned up and removed some plaque and he dilated the other. I still have one surface plaque on the right side that's about as thin as a US dime or 10 cent coin (1.35mm thick) and about as big around as a US nickel or 5 cent coin (3/4" diameter). It is basically detached from most of the tunica under the surface of the skin.

The only thing my doctor didn't do was plication (didn't need it and didn't have the spare length available) and excision/graft (not needed).

He had quite a bit of cleanup using scraping or sharp dissection at the base/crus of my right corpus cavernosum.
