Malleable vs IPP. Which one is more discreet and offers the best sex?

Postby principles » Fri May 22, 2020 5:30 am

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to decide if a malleable device is the better option for me. I have considered the following pros and cons of this type of device when compared to an IPP.

Malleable:
+Way faster recovery. Get up and running within a month?
+Simplicity. Basically, no revisions are necessary
+No pumping necessary, always ready. Better concealment with a brand new sexual partner (Think car ride)?
+Scrotum is completely discreet due to the lack of pump and tubing
-Shaft is less discreet due to it's bendability?
-Shaft's bendability interferes with some sexual positions due to less axial rigidity?
-Less girth
-Less concealability in clothing
-Greater extrusion risk

Basically, I'm trying to answer these 2 main questions:
1)Which type of device offers the best sex experience?
2)Which type of device offers more concealment with brand new partners?

Any help is appreciated in trying to dissect the points above.
Healthy 31y

11/2022 Titan 24+2. Infected from Revision.
01/2023 Tactra 23 13mm. Salvage.
08/2023 Titan 20+3. Infected (3 weeks in)
08/2023 Scheduled Tactra Salvage.

My opinion only is that the 3 piece implant is most like the real thing and is barely noticeable. I have seen videos of the malleable implant and it's simply not hard enough... also, your dick will always be hard with the malleable implant. :)

It sounds like you are single.

I have the same question. From reading the posts here and watching videos on youtube..it appears that three piece is gold standard in implants.

The only reason I would go with the malleable was if my hand dexterity was compromised. If I had arthritis or another condition and couldn’t pump it up.

Agree. you need quite a bit of hand/forearm strength to manage the pump bulb, especially as you approach your maximum inflation.
