Auto deflating during sex

Hi, I'm 4 months post op with ams 700 cx. Staring from about 2 weeks ago cylinders are deflating during sex. I noticed it happens on certain positions like missionary or doggy, it not happens when girl is on top.
Deflation is not total but rigidity is then not enough for sex.
I notice that if I try to squeeze the bulb to reinflate after deflation happens, it's not inflating anymore. Then if I quickly press the release button (without deflate it fully) and I can re inflate it. Then I start to have sex again and after 2 minutes it's deflating again and I have to repeat the operation.
It looks like a valve issue, like deflate mechanism is activating on its own without pressing the release button.
I tried to reset the pump multiple times with my surgeon but issue persists.

Do you have any suggestion about it? Thanks.

It sounds like it's not totally inflate... maybe with a twist in it so when you are having sex, it untwists and then it seems like it's deflating.

If i put a lot of force on the implant, like my bodyweight. It deflates.

Pump it until it's totally, then wait a minute or two and try some more. If tat fails, call;

She is FANTASTIC. When I first got my implant I had a little problem with it (I can't remember now what it was), she was able to solve my problem over the phone. She has been dealing with mens problems for more than 25 years. Trust me.
