I think you're doing fine. Eventually you may have to keep upping the strength and quantity of the meds and than eventually they won't work.
That was my journey and some guys never reach that point.
Just keep an eye out for scarring and curvature.

Trying to decide.
Viagra and counter parts no longer work.
Injection works for me.
Is it worth it to have an implant?
Or stick, no pun intended, with injections?

Welcome to the forum and thanks for asking our opinions.

On the one hand,
I like not having to carry anything with me to get an erection. With an implant, I am self-contained.

On the Other hand,
Implant is irreversible. If a genuine cure (implant is not a cure, it is a prosthetic, just as a prosthetic leg is no cure for an amputated limb) came along (or a better implant than is on the market now) you CANNOT avail yourself of that, since the implant operation destroys or compromises your corpus cavernosum to the point of non-functionality.

On the OTHER other hand,
The implant-provided erection timing is under your control considerably better than pills or injections.

On the OTHER other other hand

See where this is going?

List the pros and cons and balance them. Get back to us with your lists and let us know what factors YOU consider weighty. Your values might differ from yours. I valued the independence from pharmaceuticals (injections or suppositories) very highly.

3.5 years.....love my implant.
Pills, injections and then Titan.
It’s quite simply a part of me now. Always ready to go, fat and a pretty good length, my GF absolutely loves it and she loves my ability to satisfy her considerable appetite for sex.
It takes time to adjust to being implanted so I always say on here to any man starting out on this amazing journey...... “be patient” and you will discover a whole new world

Injections caused me Peyronie‘s. The urologist said: "Didn‘t you know that? Injections very often cause Peyronie‘s.“ Guys, rather get an implant. Otherwise you might get Peyronie‘s plus a shorter dick.

I ran the whole course of drugs. Viagra worked well for a few years then it started failing and giving me migraines. Went to Trimix which worked well for a couple years then began failing. Started Quadmix and that worked for just a couple months before it began failing. From all the injecting I ended up with bruising on my shaft which is still there after nearly 2 years. (let my hair grow out to hide it)
The real pain with any of these drugs is planning. You have to plan sex, which just isn't the best way. Honey should I take a Viagra tonight? Did that a couple times and come to bed to a sleeping wife. Or get in bed, she gets frisky, wait, I have to hop out of bed, end the fun, go inject, come back to start over. I hated that.
As much as the implant was a tough surgery for me, I am so glad it's done. Now that I'm feeling better and can have sex any time with the wife without side effects I'm a happy guy!

I went from pills to injections. Injections worked well at first but after about two years became more hit and miss. The things i didnt like were;
1/ Having to plan for sex and hoping that your woman is on the same page or you could be sporting an uncomfortable hard on for hours.
2/ Having to carry your syringe/ or syringes if you go away.
3/ Keeping it in your pocket or car when you go out for the night hoping to get lucky. You then have to sneak the time in somewhere to inject yourself if you do get lucky. ( Single Guys that note )
4/ The thought of being caught by the cops or even your date with an injection on you. ( How do you explain that one to the cops or new found darling/ screw?)

My progression to an implant has been just wonderful because;
1/ It doesnt take long to inflate and if things are not 'on' simply deflate - happy days!
2/ You dont have to worry about it not working - it will work every single time and for as long as you want it to.
3/ Can can take my time with a woman without pressure to perform ( They love the long sessions)
4/ It has made me a great lover ( Even if i have to say it ) - a real Mr Lover, Lover!
55 yo Aussie. E.D all my life. Used Viagra for years but. Went on to Injections which worked well but very inconvenient and didnt work sometimes. Implanted Jan'18 with Titan one touch 20cm/ 1.5RTE by Pro Chung in Brisbane.
