That guy has his story on Reddit. I've read his story several times. Serious car accident if I remember correctly. Very lucky to even be alive. He is very open & explains his situation very well. His penis is shaped funny. One of the captions with the pictures in your link explains the shape is due to some muscles that are paralyzed. Other that the shape, his outcome is very good in my opinion. I would suggest that because of his life threatening injuries that his pictures shouldn't be used to compare your expected outcome to.

I see this thread mentioned Dr. Rupin Shah. I searched for him because someone I know from India told me he has done implants on Indian actors. I can't verify it to be true or not. However, I'm told he's cheaper. I don't think flying to india is practical for someone from the states like me, but I am curious to know how much he charges for those I know who don't have insurance, and can't afford $20-30K. Heard varied answers on what he charges, from 8-15K.

Pay the money to stay in the USA. Far better care & facilities. We have a thread by a member who as far as I remember lived in Australia. He had a relative that did this. Horrible experience. Had to be flown to England after I think for an extended stay. The pictures of the hospital & staff were totally fake. Strong local taboos about female staff helpng men. He was expected to change his own bandages. Wouldn't even get close to give him supplies. Would toss them to him. Beds looked like what was in old WWll movies.
If you value your dick? Do not consider this. Yes, that bad. No exaggeration.
PS I should clarify that my opinion is directed to using India as a sugery location. I have no knowledge of Dr. Shah or his skills. I'm sure that somewhere in the country there is good facilites. But how can you find them if you can't trust the pictures on their website?

Thanks for sharing that visual story. However, I actually meant what I said and wasn't pretending. Getting it done overseas is not for me, but I have a group where a couple people with severe ED have stated they can't afford a 20-30K implant, no insurance, but they need one. I'm usually hearing these stories more from people not in the states. I don't want to tell them to live with it if there are options.

I already know many great doctors in the states that are 18K and up, but it would be great to compile a list of decent doctors under 13K. I imagine the only way to find a great doctor for that much cheaper is to explore doctors in lower cost of living countries.

Thanks

Dr shah does the three piece implant. It will cost you around 10.5 lakhs INR. One thing to note, Coloplast is not available in India. So you have to go with AMS three piece.

Thank you AmitIndia
Do you know how many surgeries he does a year.

I was watching another Dr.in Delhi on youtube who claims to be high volume surgeon too.

I have been going crazy about choice of surgeon. have done intensive research. like you, was watching on youtube drs in delhi. I am frm Mumbai. Have ever approached dr rupin --i cant find any informstion about how many surgeries etc on the internet. I do nt wish to travel beyond India. The other issue is AMS 700 LGX vs Tactra . I simply cannot decide on 1 surgeon 2 chice of implnt. I am sufering from artiognic ED. I think implant is the only option. Please guide me

Lifespan is a concern actually, and 15 years is optimistic considering what you read here.
10 years is more probable.
This means that if you get your implant done now, you’ll have a revision when you’ll be 40.
Then hopefully materials will improve, thus lifespan so you may need another revision when you’ll be 55. At 55 you could consider going for a malleable or getting another inflatable hoping to have a lifespan of 20 years so you can go ahead fucking till you are 75.
So if everything goes smooth you’ll probably need 3 replacements and you are fine till you’re 75.
At 75 you could get a malleable and that’s it.
4 surgeries total, not that much considering the alternative of living with a limp dick.

2. At my age if i get implant, with 15 year max life span of implant. Does it mean i will have to get 3-4 done in my lifespan ?
3. Post Implantation once everything is normal, will my penis and glans feel like normal,if i touch it or if someone touches it or gives oral pleasure, will they get to know ?
4. Will my partner know that i have an implant, can i activate it before going in bed so that they never get to know or, lets say in flaccid state, can they feel the tubing inside?
5. As i dont have any sexual experience apart from oral sex, what can i expect with Implant, will i able to ever have a sexual experience in my life or will i die a virgin ?

Let me say that I'm saddened by your challenge. But if you get an implant you can have enjoyable sex and need not die a virgin. And yes it will feel natural but yes it is easily detectable. You'll have a strange lump in you scrotum, hard tips in your glans and tube bumps in your skin. Even a deaf dumb and blind person will notice that. Too many revisions can be a real problem. You may want to consider a one piece until age 55 or so. It works just as good but is always hard. You will probably lose some length and girth too. But a super hard erection is a huge step up from your current situation.

Just an honest opinion from my point of view. As an American, I would be very hesitant to offer much advice to foreign members. Except for Canadians & Britsh Isles residents because we share most of the same language. Netherlands because I have extended in-laws there. There is just so many things about other society's that I don't understand that to offer much advice might be harmful.
I can feel sympathy for members that are trying to accomplish what to us is hard to do but can be done most of the time.
To members that are in India. My best suggestion is to search old posts using the search function. I'm fairly certain that we have posts from some members that are from India that recieved implants. As I recall one member had his done in the USA & seems relatively happy.
Best of luck in your journey. I'm sure we can offer some advice but I don't know how well our advice will work in India. Well, any other country also.

Is it really that detectable mate?
I heard that many guys here do not tell they have an implant when they have a new sexual partner.
Isn’t it better to go for an inflatable as long as you are young? And when you are 55 go for a malleable?

I suppose it's all in perspective. The more revisions the higher the latent infection rate. Of course if you only partially inflate like me then maybe you will get 15 years each. No need for the 1 piece then.
