Virgin at 30 with ED all life | My Journey

Postby ImproveD » Fri May 15, 2020 11:56 am

Hi,

Came across this website few months ago and wish if i would have visited it earlier.
I am a 30 year old suffering from ED (Venous Leak) all my life. Last natural without stimulation erection if i can remember was when i was probably 13 or 14 year old. So almost half my life i have lived with this.

My Symptoms:

1. Rare and that too soft morning erections.
2. Almost impossible to sustain erection without manual stimulation nor is wearing a condom possible without losing it. Almost all my life i have masturbated only by achieving erection while laying as on my back (with stimulation) but as soon as i stand up, even with stimulation i lose it.
3. Viagra or Cialis or cock rings have very limited no efffect they partially work but still it requires manual stimulation and no erection while standing.
4. Never tried VED or injections as they are not the ultimate solution and i find it too embarrassing to try this at my age in front of my girl.
5. Have shown to doctor 3 times in the last few years and all of them say it is psychological and have prescribed Viagra or Cialis.
6. My penis size is 3" flaccid and 5.25" when erect with a slight (5-10 degree) curve towards the left hand side.

Need Suggestions:
1. Can any one suggest a good surgeon in India (Mumbai) ?
2. At my age if i get implant, with 15 year max life span of implant. Does it mean i will have to get 3-4 done in my lifespan ?
3. Post Implantation once everything is normal, will my penis and glans feel like normal,if i touch it or if someone touches it or gives oral pleasure, will they get to know ?
4. Will my partner know that i have an implant, can i activate it before going in bed so that they never get to know or, lets say in flaccid state, can they feel the tubing inside?
5. As i dont have any sexual experience apart from oral sex, what can i expect with Implant, will i able to ever have a sexual experience in my life or will i die a virgin ?

I can't give a Dr. recommendation but I can tell you that you are the boss not the doctor. The textbook diagnosis is, "It's psychological, here's some pills". At your age you're going to have to probably pay a large chunk of the implant bill. I don't have my implant yet but from what I've read the only clue wondering hands would have is the pump in the ball sack. If there's any question say it's due to a medical condition and that would be the truth. You'd probably have to go through a number of replacements throughout the years but that's better than being miserable for the rest of your life. My 2 cents worth.
53 years old, married 32 years. Decades of ED & PE. BPH. Tried Viagra W & W/O T-Shots, Levitra and Cialis, Edex, Trimix starter, medium, strong with poor results. VED is a last resort.

To answer your questions regarding detectability:

When inflated, there is almost no way to detect that you have an implant by look or feel of the penis. I say ALMOST because some implantees find that the tubing at the base is noticeable.

When *DEFLATED*, there will be a distinctly hard feel near and into the glans where the distal/front tips are located. These tips are hard plastic and depending on the model they can be around 2-3 cm in length.

Regardless of inflation or deflation, anyone handling your scrotum will notice there's an additional structure there besides the two testicles that most men have. The brand/model of implant will determine the size and dimensions of the pump.

That being said, having an implant when it's the only way to get a usable erection is a good trade-off, even may you feel you need to disclose or conceal its presence.

Welcome to the forum, ImproveD,

I encourage you to read as many of past years' posts as you can. There is a wealth of information there (even from men who no longer participate, so you will find answers there you will not get from current members).

I encourage you to use a V.E.D., not for sex but for maintaining penile health. Getting erections keeps your penile tissues elastic and reduces the amount of size loss that comes with the absence of regularly occurring erections. VED will also move oxygenating blood through your tissues. Essential for tissue health.

Women, in my experience, are incredibly supportive and understanding if they feel trusted, respected and SAFE. If you establish a good romantic relationship with a woman she will care more about those things than the condition of your penis.

Good luck.

Hey, there’s plenty of guys your age on here going through the exact same thing… you will most definitely lose your virginity if you get an implant… it really will boost your confidence with women… I’ve told a couple of people on here the same exact thing i’m about to tell you… i’m at my current girlfriend Blind, in a wheelchair, on dialysis, with erectile dysfunction, And a stupid Russian accent… she is a PhD recipient amazingly gorgeous and understanding woman… all that I had to do was be forward with her… we’ve been together for years without penetrative sex… We made it work with fingers, toys, tongues, etc.… The implant has been a life changer for our relationship… I got it with the intentions of working on a baby and of course improving our sex life… It’s working for both of these things… anyway, you aren’t alone! i’m so sorry that you are getting the runaround from doctors on something that is clearly existed for over 15 years… ask for an ultrasound… This should make things a lot easier with getting a good surgeon and having your insurance pay for some of it… It is quite pricey but, it’s well worth it… please, be well!

Thankyou for the advice. You are correct on the money part. I m not sure if Penile implant is even covered in India by insurance companies.

Hi Lost Sheep,

I agree with you but getting an implant at this age is also not easy. Just not getting that confidence to go for it. Also I don't think insurance companies cover penile implant in India. Plus finding a world class surgeon here is a challange.

Thanks WhiteCane, these words help a lot but here in India finding a good surgeon is a challange. Will definitely go for an ultrasound once covid issue clears up. Other point is that insurance coverage is a challange in India.
