1. My 5 & half inches penis size being stuck between my legs or touching end of jeans because it won't retract, not even a little bit, making it difficult to wear jeans.
2. The kink in the shaft that may hurt my penis long term

Any ideas about these two things?

I, especially when wearing jeans, keep my penis pointed up and a little to the side. Jeans, thus, are not a problem and there is no kink in my implant at all.

This requires some sort of underwear with good support.

I agree with medhatg about the durability of CX with a longer life span and that's why I am inclining more towards it. There are just two things that worry me if I go with CX:

1. My 5 & half inches penis size being stuck between my legs or touching end of jeans because it won't retract, not even a little bit, making it difficult to wear jeans.
2. The kink in the shaft that may hurt my penis long term

While my CX is deflated, if I wear blue jeans I dress slightly to the left of the zipper. I don't tuck it between my legs but since it's already a low-rider (hangs below 4 o'clock whether inflated or deflated), it's fairly comfortable to let it hang at the 4:30-5:00 position when it's deflated and I'm wearing tight(ish) jeans. It does give me a little bulge but alas, I don't notice the bulge as much now as I did the first month or two (I was thrilled to have it!) I think the bulge has waned as the swelling went away early on.

I do tend to tuck it down into the crotch when wearing an overnight "tape-on, disposable, absorbent brief". This keeps the business end of the "firehose" pointed in such a way that it doesn't become a fountain. (If anyone needs me to spell out this last paragraph, send me a PM and I'll explain. Most should understand what I'm saying.)

Hey lostsheep, thanks for the answers. A few more:

1. Is it not uncomfortable to point penis up and to the side or is it uncomfortable in the beginning but one gets used to it? Also does it show as a small bulge when you do that?
2. How much inches does your LGX retract/shrink when deflating it?

Also the kink question was for CX model only. I know LGX has the benefit of not producing any kink. I am deciding between CX and LGX model and that’s why I asked the question about the kink.

Not sure if you info is correct. I had an LGX and it had a kink when deflated. Now I have a CX and it does not have a kink.

Your CX is brand new. If your LGX developed a kink then your CX implant will develop one too. I guess at the end of the day all implants will develop a kink.

Kinks can occur in any inflatable implant and it has to do with how much over the internal dimensions, the surgeon installed. If you have 21 cm of internal corporal length and he installs a 22 cm implant, the extra centimeter may or may not cause a kink when deflated. If the implant however is 2 or more centimeters larger than your internal dimensions, the chances increase that kinks (or accordion folds) will occur while deflated.

LGX is not immune from this phenomenon. It has to do with how long the device is that was implanted and how much room there is for it inside the penis.

Aah I see, makes a lot of sense. I didn’t know that.
